The fridge works great, but the apps leave a lot to be desired. I'm undecided if the extra cash for a screen was worth it. The paint app is great if you have kids or want to leave each other notes. Calendar works well with Google and the photos do show up as advertised. On the down side, the shopping apps may not work in your area. Check before you buy! Pandora consistently crashes. I had expected more rigor to have gone into these apps before release. The Tizen OS is like all other things Samsung very restricted. Connecting to your home photo storage is impossible and you'll need to download all the associated apps to your mobile device.

bought in 2016 still working after 6 years, but ICE MAKER is constant pain. it gets blocked & stop making ice. You need to use hair dryer to melt the ice & then it works. What is waste of $3800.

Samsung is horrible ice maker overflows ice builds up on bottom so you can not even remove the ice drawer without breaking the ice bucket. Ice maker replaced and still same problem. The refrigerator bottom section switches from refrigerator to freezer at its own will. Do not put freezer items in bottom right section we lost a lot of food. We think it turns into a refrigerator when the power goes out and we loose our food. We purchased this fridge as the top of the line its junk we paid over five thousand. My sons 400 dollar GE fridge is better and makes more ice. Samsung said it would make 10 pounds of ice a day NOT. Do not buy a Samsung Refrigerator. Customer Service is no help they only want to send out a local repairman and charge you for the service call and parts and repair and replacing the parts does not fix the design flaws. WARNING DO NO BUY SAMSUNG

Don’t do it , i Learned that Samsung is the worst when it comes to appliances. It is like I was paying 1000 year for Fridge that should’ve lasted 20 years . The company work with 3rd party repair vendors that don’t know the product well

The apps are useless! 1. The grocery apps are not available in Ohio 2. You can not add or delete apps ( I was told I could) 3. You cannot mirror a TV unless it is a newer Samsung ( I was told I was able to mirror my new Sony XBR) 4. The camera it has very limited viewing 5. The calendar is more a pain than what a "family" would use 6. From day one, the internet said, " upgrade your browser"... but you're not able to. 7. In typical Samsung fashion, the speakers are terrible! If you want to pay for an expensive All Recipe app & a possible built wine cooler- this is the fridge for you! I've had this refrigerator for 5 months & I already have water gushing from the ice machine and spoiled food I am throwing away.
