    the synch or the refrigerator to the wifi was troublesome I think the tv aspect is very over rated we are still not sure how to make all of the electronic features work as a refrigerator it is top notch, but should be for 3.8k

    I was delivered a Broken fridge. The screen for 2 weeks said door open I couldn't use the screen till they finally brought me a new one experience was awful. For the price I paid for the fridge it should have came new not broken!

    This is my 2nd, high profile Samsung refrigerator. Had peoblems with the first. Thought the top of the line would operate better. Had problems since day one. The internet connection always malfunctions. Paid $5K dollars, and can barely get any ice made. It is a BEAUTIFUL model, and the separate temp controls are great, but no refrigerator this expensive, should have this many problems. Would NOT purchase again!!!!
