The product is amazing it could be a bit mor friendly user not everyone at home is tech savvy.

I've had it now for 1 year its really good and i love it only thing the freezer part was giving some trouble but gerk squad came out and fix the problem.

Product is fine but installation tech failed to level the refrigerator and the left door does not stay open, needs constant holding

Love the computer and functions it has. Love the space! Only downside I wish it had a meat drawer for lunch meats and cheeses.

Love not having door handles!!!! Still learning all the features. It’s very quiet and has plenty of storage

I paid over $4,000 for the refrigerator, It died at 3 years and two weeks. Two weeks after the warranty expired. When I bought it the salesman told me it had a one year manufactures warranty and I could but a three year extended warranty for a total of four years. When I called I was told it was out of warranty runs concurrently with the one year manufactures warranty so no warranty coverage... Samsung said extended warranty's start after theirs not concurrent otherwise their first question would be 'Do you have an extended warranty' and of answered yes they would say call them then... But Best Buy and Geek Squad said too bad for me! Top pf the line Samsung appliance lasted 3 years. DO NOT BUY!

Refrigerator concept and function are superb. The smart functions and tablet interface leave a lot to be desired unfortunately. Not quite what we were sold on. But a solid fridge.

Boooo Samsung. Never again. From day 1 we've had issues with the ice maker frosting over and jamming up. Need to defrost it every 2 weeks. Search the internet and you will find lots of people seem to have this issue and Samsung doesn't do anything to help. The icing on the cake is the screen, dead after 18 months. 12 month warranty they hide behind. Nevermind the apps, that novelty wears off pretty quickly. There are absolutely no controls without the touch screen, so temperature / defrost /ice maker control is gone. Looks like I'm stuck with $1000 repair bill on my reasonably new fridge, and they couldn't care less. Never again.

This fridge does it all. I see my Ring doorbell on this. You can set multiple timers and name the (this was great at Thanksgiving). It suggests recipes for what’s in your fridge. Simply awesome.

I purchased this unit to replace an almost 20 year old fridge. This is larger and has more features. The interior is spacious and easy to access. I'm hoping to get 15 years of use.

So far, so good! Product looks good on the outside; the lighting inside is nice and bright; some unexpected, but pleasant features on the door screen; ice and water feature working nicely

Okay, we don't use all the apps, but this refrigerator is so nice. We've had it for 5 months and we really like it!

Front panel had a ding in it which they replaced within a week. However replacement had a different texture when you look at it from the right angle. Replacement delivery people couldn’t said it and it made me feel like I was being too OCD. Eventually I gave up and just took it as is because we just don’t have the time to deal with this issue anymore.

It's just what we've been looking for a hub refrigerator with all the trimmings, work's fantastic.

I haven’t used all the features of my new tech fridge yet but so far everyday I explore something new that keep me entertained. My family put posts and pictures and it is so funny to see our ibteraction through the fridge panel

Been wanting this refrigerator and finally got it for my birthday! It's everything I expected it to be. 3.0 is the newest version and I like all the features it offers. Wish 4 doors are all flex. I hope it lasts a long time!

Not the quality and design you would expect, specially for the price paid. The tiuxh screen keeps freezing or being unresponsive 70% of the time, forcing us to reboot it almost every 2 or 3 days. The ice dispensers is a nightmare. Makes us feel like it was designed by someone never puts ice in their drinks. Most of the tune you also get water when pressing the ice function by touching the water function that are together. If you need to get ice to a small glass or water bottle, you must para it to a wide neck glass or container since it will not be possible. You have to access to the ice drawer or container in any way other than trough the dispenser. Very poorly designed!

Love my Samsung HUB fridge, is very functional. Specially the multi zone temperatures and the ring app.

Not to bad love the screen and apps, could use a little tweaking in the shelf sizes but overall very nice
