Aside from what other users said about Samsung. This Refrigerator has been the most exciting thing I have put into my kitchen. I can cook and listen to music and look up recipes all at the same time. I have had this for about a year and have not had any issues only great things to say about this awesome fridge.

Love dual control, love that I can make a shopping list and it goes to my phone. Overall so far a great fridge

Bought this fridge because we like the flex door option. We have a second fridge/freezer in the basement so we have plenty of space for freezer. This allows us to keep more items in the fridge without getting so packed you can't find anything. Only had it for a few months but, so far so good. Had LG previously but it died after less than 6 years. This has 10 year warranty on compressor so hopefully we get at least 10 years out of it.

I recommend Samsung family hub 4 door flex French door refrigerator so far is doing a great job

Crossing my fingers no issues come with the ice maker, we enjoy the tech and use it daily

DON'T BUY THIS FRIDGE unless you want crappy water marks forever!! The finish on this product does not behave like a professional grade stainless steel product. You cannot clean it or polish it like you should be able to. Spent hours on the phone with Samsung over 3 months time and all I got was, "Sorry, we don't warranty cosmetic issues." Well, they manufactured the outside of the fridge just like they manufactured the inside, so to not stand by their product is infuriating. The finish on this product is defective. The ice maker has already been replaced because it too was defective. Buy a white one if you must, but don't waste your hard earned money on this one.

This is a wonderful fridge, the HUB is fun and we look forward to using more of the festures

As for the tech stuff not so much...a little complicated for some of us, but Samsung has been responsive and walked me through the photos stuff. They took asway the initial screen saver with the ocean waves and beach with an up date :( but are working on getting it back! Love the refrigerator. Great set up inside, especially the freezer. So much better than having all thrown in a bin. We can see what we have easily!

Unless you're a Samsung Fanboy, don't bother. First the good: It's a fridge. It refrigerates. Now the bad: Tech package - the whole point of this $4000 cold brick - SUUUUUCKS. Do not expect it to work with even the most common Smart Home devices - Nest - Nope. No integration whatsoever Hue - Nope. Does not recognize Hue hub August - Nope. Locked out. Apple Homekit - Nope. The only Apple this is compatible with goes in the crisper. iPhone - Nope. See Above Amazon Echo - Nope. Alexa and Bixby are not on speaking terms. Google Home - Nope. Look it up. LG Smart Devices - Nope. Zigbee - Nope. IFTTT - Nope Get the picture? Good, because the Samsung Family Hub doesn't. Literally. (Screen casting only works with SOME Samsung smart TVs) Basically, if you've purchased any non-Samsung smart home device, it is very likely that it WILL NOT be compatible with the Family Hub. Clearly Samsung is seeking to create a closed platform around their smart things appliances which is pretty-much the antithesis to the philosophy of every other IoT device. Their Family Hub is sadly a hub that centers around *their* family, not yours. Unfortunately, the remaining tech features simply do not add enough value to make this a centerpiece in your smart home. Sure, my fridge can now stream music - but so can every other device in my house. Essentially, the Family Hub a nice refrigerator imbued with a really crappy over-sized tablet. Keep an iPad in your kitchen and you'll be just as happy. Samsung really missed the boat on this one. By limiting their platform so dramatically, I will be certain to avoid any future purchase of Samsung devices.

Love the flex freezer , and the tablet is great. Nice addition to my getting smart home.

Worst refrigerator I have ever owned. It looks fancy but that's it. The shelves are not in a good configuration no matter how you move them. The ICE MAKER FREEZES over every week!!! Samsung knows about it and refuses to fix it.... don't ever buy any Samsung appliance... I have several and hate all of them. not worth the money.
