    Depending on which Samsung you have the pad is sensitive to where device is placed. Our S7 charges great but the Note 5 is extremely touchy and more times than not does not charge phone and "pauses charging" when placed on charger.

    A cable is your best option. This takes 2 hours to charge but its easier and less of a hassle

    My review summary says it all. I give it only 3 because it does charge the phone but it is not any faster than regular traditional plug-your-phone-to-a-cable. I tested it myself. The difference is about 30-45 of charging time between wireless and cable charge. Just glad it came free when I purchased my S8 because I wouldn't buy this on my own.

    I boight this product for my galaxy s8 plus but it took about 2 hrs to completely charge my phone. Also there was heating involved. The fast charger (wired) that came with the phone is way faster in terms of charging and does not emit that much heat. Not happy with the product.
