Nice charger, but doesn't work with the case on. .

I was excited to purchase this product based on what I 'heard" in the past from associates. It seemed like the perfect solution, although a bit pricey. I used it exactly as the simple instructions were given, but it would not hold a continuous charge. I moved the phone around many times ... it would charge for a few minutes, but then it stopped. I even took the protective case off the phone (which is a pain) to no avail. I returned this product to Best Buy and they gladly refunded my purchase price. I'm really disappointed this didn't work out because I'm so fed up with plug-in charging cords and cables breaking constantly. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY - STOP THE MADDNESS!

I like this charger it's very convenient, but if you don't place phone on correctly it will not charge. There has been instances when I placed on charger heard the beep that it was on the stand but when I pick up my phone it hasn't fully charged.

I was very excited about this product but when I received it I was unable to use it for all the Samsung phones we had. My wife has the 6s and I have the 7 edge. Only the edge was able to use the fast power charging while the 6s took longer to charge.

Honestly, the charger that comes with the phone is better than this charger. Yet, this charger comes in handy when the phone gets wet and the other charger that comes with the phone doesn't work. Yet, the phone charger charges faster than this.

For the most part, this adapter works. However, be aware that it doesn't "fast charge" as fast as a fast charge cord. Also, it seems to wear out and slow down over time. I had to unplug it for a few days to get it to fully charge things again. Very odd

I didn't really like the wireless charger too much because it doesn't charge as fast as my wall charger that came with my phone. I use the base as a thing that holds my phone up at night and I continue to use the wire charger that came with the phone.

Awesome idea, but we're not there yet. It takes hours and hours and a few more hours to get a full charge. Unless you plan on just using this as a nightstand holder for your phone while you sleep, I'd wait till wireless charging becomes more popular.

The stand fast charges the phone for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, its faster for me to plug the phone up to a fast charger wall plug. It takes approximately 3 minutes to receive 1 percent of charge on the fast charger stand. Really isn't worth the money.

So nice to have on my desk. On my phone a lot and this helps keep a good charge all day. No plugging and unplugging, just drop my phone on it and let it charge, phone rings pick it up and walk into warehouse to check inventory. Really convenient.

I had to return this item because it did not charge my phone through the Lifeproof case. Not comfortable taking the case off for the convenience of wireless charging. I would recommend trying your phone on the store display before purchasing.

It works well, but i was under the impression that it worked even with a case. When there is no case, it works great, but with the case, it takes forever. It's annoying to have to take the case off anytime I want to use it to the best of its ability.

I thought this would be a cool new gadget for my BF. Turns out the phone case and plate makes it a pain to use. It never charged as fast as advertised. We wound up returning it and won't be trying again until significant improvements are made

This charger isn't the best product. It will charge your phone if you have one that's compatible but isn't the fastest charger. I got it for personal use but now it's in the living room as a community charger. Keep it simple keep it on the cord.

Charging was great although it was a little slower than i thought it was going to be. one thing i did notice is that when my galaxy s7 edge was charging on the device the screen would start to flicker, like something was interfering with the device

I have a S7 Edge. I first tried asking the person helping me at Best Buy if the unit was specific for S7 phones. She didn’t quite know and eventually said it was as I tested my phone with a display unit. When I brought it home, it was charging slowly. It charged only 25% in one hour. Finally, I unplugged the unit and plugged directly into the phone unit. Wireless fast-charge is not the same as wired fast-charge. Wireless fast-charge is still slower than wired-charging my old S3 mini. Unless you’re into wireless everything, buy this unit.

Not bad, but the lower lip for the phone won't do well with chunky cases, if it'll even charge through them. The price is a bit much for what it is, unless it's on sale, better than any of my prior wireless charging bits at any rate.
