kind of big and clunky. wireless charging works, but isn't as fast as USB-C. won't charge my phone through a pretty thin rubber case (have to take the case off every time to use the charger). probably overpriced for what it is.

Worked very well with bare Galaxy Note 8, but not with Otterbox Defender installed. Instructions actually warn that could happen. However, I think most people will put a protective cover on their expensive phones.

It's not very fast, a wall charger is faster. But it's cool if you like charging your phone over night and u can use it as a stand. But don't expect a super fast charge.

I've bought this charger along my new Samsung Galaxy S8 thinking it could be a nice solution for lots of wires around the room but was expecting it to be more efficient in terms of charge speed however it does look good

I thought this charger would charge faster than 3.5 hours. The cheaper (flat) version says it charges in 4 hours. Not much of a difference for the $ difference :( My wall charger charges within "2" hours... very confused here....

I love that you don't have to mess with the USB on the bottom of the phone to get this to charge your phone. Although don't let the name fool you about fast charging, it's about the same speed as USB or just a little slower.

This was OK the first couple of times charging then it became very slow charging up phones. Now it's just a lot quicker to take the charging pad off and use the cord directly.

While this may be faster than the normal wireless charger - it is not that fast. You can plug the wired Samsung chager into your phone and charge it in about half the time it takes to wirelessly (fast charge).

Originally this product was advertised as Apple compatible and would support fast charge with ios 11.1 release. Unfortunately apples release only lasted one update. By 11.4 it is back to a slow charge.

bought this charger for the fast charge. my phone will not allow fast charging even though i have my settings on my phone for fast charging. So i use the dock basically for charging and to see my clock at a glance.

About what I expected. I should've gotten the one that lays flat as I find this to be a pain trying to stand my phone up on the tiny little ledge that's provided. About as fast as the charger that came with the phone.

This was my first purchase of wireless charger for samsung and works pretty well but charging wirelessly doesn't make it quickly to charge. Its much more better to use the wire itself than using with the dock to be honest

this was a disappointing purchase, and luckily when i got to return my exploding note7 i got to return this. I like the concept but it has to be on there JUST RIGHT to charge and it really didn't seem that much faster.

Worked great until the warranty period ended and then stopped working about 3 mos after the warranty expired. My Mophie is still going strong and that was purchased 2 mos before the Samsung.

This was a return item when I purchased it, meaning it was taped up at a great reduced price. It works but takes a really long time to charge. If you are not in a hurry for your phone to charge, then this is perfect.

It's great but the one I bought I guess didn't come out good. 3 day after being used the charging port is not working tried different cables but still not working and can't return cause I don't have the box anymore

Bought this for my Note 8. It works fairly well, but I have had issues with it charging when placed vertically on the pad. Have to turn the phone horizontally at night, which makes the AOD hard to read.

Product seems ok for it to be an open box product, some times it want fast charge with case on , have to go in phone settings and cut fast changing off to charge phone in the upright position
