I bought this wireless charger thinking it would be at least as fast as the cable. Wrong! It is very slow probably takes 2 hours to charge phone from 5% and u gotta take your phone cover off otherwise it wont work. Although it might just be because mi e has a magnet on it it but still not what i expected. And u have to delicatley place phone on stand otherwise my galaxy s7 can tip over. Its a nice gimicl but not really worth it

Great charger for the Samsung phone with a thin case, unfortunately if you have a thicker case it does not work very well or at all !!!

I used it the first two days. However, it charges at lower speeds than the cord. It is nice to have the stand but the speed is important.

Had this 2 hrs. Slowly had issues connecting and now takes a minute or two to get it to charge.... great until then.

It's great not having to plug the phone in. But with a thick otter box case the phone had to be placed just right in the charging base.

If the battery is low it takes forever. But it is great to maintain the battery. I wouldn't call a fast charger unless you use the cable.

This charger does the job, but we were hoping it would charge faster. We end up pulling the cord out from the back and directly charging.

Not sure why its called a wireless charger when u still have to plug it in to a wall and have a cord hooked up to it but i still like it

I tried this charger but decided to return it. I have a fast charging Samsung s7 phone and this charger was too slow.

I bought this for the note 7 and did not find it useful for me personally. I have always plugged my phone in and it worked just the same.

I bought this charger assuming it would work absolutely flawlessly with my s7 edge. It did for a few days. Then it started to not charge my phone. I initially attempted to exchange the item at my local store. Due to Best Buys ridiculous 14 day return policy, the store would not help me. Samsung customer service has offered a warranty exchange. Waiting for the exchange to be completed. Hopefully the item will actually work

I love the layout of this product but It did not 'fast' charge for me like my other one. Convenient but expected more

The fast charging setting does not work, even when using a fast charger. Sometimes it doesn't connect very well to the phone.

This works fine. However, recharging with the original included wired charger is much faster. I'm using it for a new galaxy s8.

Works about 60 percent of the time... hense the 3/5 stars. I have the note 5, so it's a documented issue, just wish they'd fix it.

I bought this charger because I heard it was a great product. It works fine as long as u place the phone just right on the charger.

Well it charges. It was not a fast charge by any means. It works well in a pinch though.

I would have loved it if it actually worked with my Galaxy S6 base phone. The fast charge only works on the S6 Plus and S7 phones.
