I would not recommend this product. The placement of your phone must be precise to the Planck (okay - the smallest unit of measurement). The instructions say a thick case could interfere and to remove it (seriously, who wants to do this everytime you charge?). However, even removal of the case doesn't help. It is incredibly difficult to find the exact sweet spot where your phone must sit to receive a charge. And even so, it shows the icon that you found the sweet spot (Eureka!) but then doesn't charge to completion because apparently, the phone has moved a Planck when you let go. Not at all worth the headache. Stick with the cables.

This item can only be use if you dont have a cover protector. i could charge my phone while i had the otter box protector

Like the Convenience of just placing the phone on the pad , but the charging takes longer than the original phone charger.

Is a great products but does not work well with Otterbox defender cases you have to remove the phone in or forts work

Won't charge through many cases. Also, it's easier to position on the charger that sits flat. Not this one that sits tilted.

I set it to charge overnight and when I got up in the morning sometime it would work and sometime it wouldn’t.

It does what it says it will do. Not issues at all. It's just a little expensive and you can find something cheaper online.

This is a cool gizmo but it's sold as a wireless charger, but in reality the charger has to be plugged in for it to work.

This charger is so slow regular charger is faster.

Takes long to charge and the phone has to be perfectly on the unit, sometimes the phone slips down and doesn't contact

The charger for the most part is great and convenient but there are times it stips charging and doesnt provide full battery.

Cheaper from the interwebs for the same thing. Brand naming things can jack up the price. BUT, it was available same day.

This charger is very convenient to charge our phones and watches although, it does not charge as fast as I expected.

Doesn't always show as charging or able to charge with an otterbox.... Don't want to take case off so,jusy deal with it

Is easy to use because you phone sits on it however it only charges my phone to 80 percent and then stops charging.

Product works well for those wanting not to use the micro usb port. Charge time seems to be slower than direct connect.

I like the wireless fast charge stand charger but I am a bit disappointed. It is NOT a fast charger, my galaxy 8 charges fast with the charger that comes with it, I can have it from 5% to 100% in 10 minutes but with this "fast charger" it takes more than half an hour. I'm kind of disappointed and I don't really use it I decided to keep it just to have a back up for charging my phone

Found it troublesome... When my phone was docked if it was sitting perfect it wouldn’t charge.

I use a souche magnet on my dash so my case has a metal piece on back, phone will not charge when case is on

It's okay it's not as fast as the fast charger you connect directly to the phone, works best as an overnight charger.
