This charger, unlike the one that is identical except that it lays flat, is supposed act as a stand so that uit can see it. The lip at the bottom, which the bottom edge of the phone is supposed to rest on, is shaped like an ellipse and the backside of it where the phone rests angles up to the top. This provides no real area for the phone to rest steadily on, and the slightest bump sends it sliding off. When yippy set the phone on there, you have to press the front of the phone to make sure it's back as much as possible or it slides off add soon as you let it go. This again opens the home page, and if you press the button on the side to re-close it, you knock it off again. I spend more time picking my phone up of the floor, as I do setting it on their successfully. ***Absolutely terrible product***

It works well but you need to be pretty accurate when placing your device on the charger. Might as well use a cord.

The charging port only works half the time. Its frustrating because tge phone cant charge up all the way

It has a hard time charging my Galaxy S8 plus with the Otter Box case on. After a couple tries it will charge.

I would have loved it if it actually worked with my standard Galaxy S6. Fast charge only works with S6 Plus and S7.

It doesn't fast charge as fast as plugging in the charger. Some times it slips off the stand. It is useful.

I like the configuration ( standing up so I can text while charging) but it's a little slow for a fast charge

Charger isn't bad. I feel like they maybe a better model when charging an iPhone

Works when it wants to. If I move my phone just a little bit while on the stand, it stops charging. Annoying.

I still use an outlet, or car, to charge my phone, so I can't really comment on this device.

This charging station works well as long as I take my otter box case off my phone. Won't charge with case on.

The only thing bad about this item is the thin base that the phone slips off when u have a thicker phone case

I love the idea of wireless charging; regrettably I must remove my case from my form to use this wireless charge. In fairness I think it may be a result of the case I got but still its not like I got an Otter or something like that. Also, wish the lip that phone rests on was slightly wider so the phone didn't fall off the charger so easily. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Not real fast at charging. My husband likes using it and hasn't had trouble with getting a good charge.

Works well, no issues there. I just clearly bought the wrong one, more intended for a desktop type of use.

Built in fan is a bit loud. My s8 stays warm on it even though it's full 100% worried about my battery life

So you would think that Samsung would create this thing tall enough to center the charging coil in the center of there phones. When i set my Note 8 on this it works for a little while and then a blue light starts blinking and stops charging. It really will only stay charging if I put my phone sideways on the stand. The point was to be able to see my phone vertical.

Overall this item is worthless if you have a case, don't even use it now charging is definitely not fast...

Is ok hard to get it to rest on base and be against the charging surface. Other than that it works good.
