Used for one week which was great but 2nd week start to pause the charging which need to remove the Unicorn Beetle protection cover. Go back to Best Buy and tried other different wireless charger got the same problem. So returned the unit and go back with wire charger since it is hard to remove those protection covers for daily charge purpose.

This is not a fast charger. It charges slower than the standard plug in wall charger. Disappointed.

The term wireless charging is misleading. I thought this item worked similar to the battery packs.

So it's kinda nifty but my S9+ sits on it awkwardly and doesn't stay in place very well.

This item is not really what I expected. It takes as much time Asa normal fast charge if not more

It's convenient & easy, but it doesn't charge as quickly as a direct charge connection.

Great case but offers no protection for your phone one drop and I now have a cracked screen

The charger works wireless but the charging time is very long for my Galaxy S8/S9

Doesn't seem to charge nearly as fast as the fast charger and cable that came with my Galaxy S7.

Does not charge fast enough. The only benefit was having the phone in the upright position

Bought this since I have a wireless charging device (droid turbo in ballistic nylon) but it would only charge partially. The device wouldn't fast charge and the fan on the back gave out. Maybe I got a bad one or it doesn't work Motorola devices. Either way I can't be certain of why this didn't work. I'm sure it works for Samsung devices. I returned it.

Did not fast charge my GalaxyS8+. Received message that I should use my original charger.

I believe it charges faster with just the wire connected to the wall then the wireless console.

It is not fast charge, it is s slow charged,very slow , 5 hours to full charged a galaxy 8

Great fast charger just not for the galaxy s8. Original charger with phone charges quicker

I have this charger on a table with a blue tooth speaker. The phone has fallen several times.

Like the wireless charger but this one does not like holding the phone with a case on it

Was not aware a Samsung Galaxy Edge was required so not sure if it would have been beneficial.

Nice as stationary charging station for the family. Charges well but not as fast as I hoped.
