Don't use very often. Can't use phone while charging

This device worked for about three days then slowly but surely it would stop charging my phone through its case. It would start to charge then it would just blink at me. Once I remove case which is a pain it charges as advertised. My Note 5 gets very warm on this device.

It's OK it charges but my cord is quicker. Not worth it.

Good product if your phone cannot charge normally.

Does not "fast charge" with Otterbox defender case

Due to the case protection it will slow down the charge.

If it's not lined up perfectly, it doesn't charge.

I purchased phone and it slips slot and screen cracked

Doesn't fast charge really well at all. Not happy.

Bought this to go along my recently purchased Galaxy 7 and was not too impressed. It did not properly charge the phone when having a cover on so had to remove it every time. It may work for someone who doesn't have a cover, but I just found it easier to plug in.

I got the wireless fast charger with my s8. I placed my phone on it overnight and the next morning I would notice my battery percentage at ~70% and the phone was very hot. Not sure if it were a defect, but I exchanged it and have yet to try the new one

Their is no way for the phone to stay on this if much movement accures then the phone falls to one side and the fast charge is no where near the fast charge that the cable provides don't buy this you will be sis pleased. And take it back as I did good luck

I bought this for my husband to keep at his office, so that his phone was always charge. He just came to me not last week and told me that the charger stopped working. This was pretty expensive for something that only lasted a month. Not satisfied!

I bought this to fast charge my S7 Edge. This took up to an hour longer than the 'slow, plug into the wall' charger took. I returned it to Best Buy and took another one off the shelf. I told the salesman that I wanted to check it out prior to purchasing it to find out if the first one was defected or not. It said it would take longer than plugging it in. The salesman took his s7 out and put it on the charger, and checked it with direct plugging it in. His phone also said it would take longer with this fast charger. I did not take this charger.

you'd think you're getting a great wireless charger because its a samsung and the expensive price, but think again. Not worht the money, and the alternatives are way faster and cheaper, like anker.

I'm taking it back today. It's supposed to be a fast charger. I left it on for an hour and it only went up 15 % but when I plugged the cable to the phone it was at 100 in less then 45 mins.

It's supposedly a fast charger but with my Galaxy S7 edge, it takes so long to charge. I regret buying it. I setup just use my regular car charges. I had it bedside, put my phone on it around midnight by 7 am I war only at 84%. Say what!

I am bad about using my phone while it is charging. So I do not use it, I paid too much for it, and did not need it. I just saw they sold me a 5 yr protection plan with it. GEEZ should have paid more attention and read reviews.

It has a short life. I use with a Galaxy Note 5, my wife an Edge 6. Works continuous withe Edge. But, after 30 days or more. It will not be compatible with my Note. Best Buy will not replace. Samsung will reimburse, but not replace.

This charger stopped working after 3 months. I'm a loyal Samsung customer but was very disappointed in this item. I used it only for a stand for a while after it stopped charging, but eventually threw it out.
