Had some issues with it charging with my wallet phone case on. It worked fine without the case but its a hassle to keep removing it whenever i need to charge so i returned it

There was little point for wireless charging since it has to be connected to and outlet. It also takes longer to charge than the regular cord that comes with the phone.

We thought this would charge faster but it did not, even after removing the otter box case we saw no difference. As expensive as these phones are I would hope that cases do not affect the charge (nobody wants to remove a case for every charge). Also it stopped working after about 2 days. Maybe we just got a bad one, but I'll never know because I would not purchase again. Best Buy refunded my money with no issues.

I found out that my wireless charger wouldn't charge with my Otterbox on my S9+. It would show charging, but in the morning my phone had in fact not charged at all.

After purchasing the first wireless charger through my cell provider as a gift, I decided to buy one for myself through Best buy. However, this product somehow causes my phone to lose its charge. I replaced the phone thru warranty and had the same situation occur. I have the Samsung Note. The phone just will not charge.T Mobil doesn't want to help so effectively, I've purchased a $70.00 plastic phone cradle .

I had to return this product because it was not compatible with my phone that is a couple years old, also I would have had to remove the tough case to charge it each time.

Despite being assured by 2 sales people that this would charge a Samsung S6 it did not. We tried 2 different chargers and they work on an S7 but not S6 so we returned it

I purchased two and unfortunately these "fast" chargers did not work for any of my Samsung Galaxy 6 and 7 phones, I replaced them with the regular flat wireless chargers.

My phone case would not allow this wireless phone charger to charge my pnone unless I would remove my case each time. Not convenient so I returned the charger.

The product works well as long as you do not have a phone case on your phone. If you have a phone case or your phone the charger has a hard time recognizing the phone.

I bought this in error as I wanted the laydown module. The plug-in port on wireless charger is real fickle as already interrupted the charge as it looses connection.

Hmmmm not to thrilled bout this wireless charger... it's suppose to be a fast charge and its anything but that... my original cord charges faster than this

These phone stands are not very good if you have a phone case such as a Otterbox defender. You have to situate your phone on it just perfectly for it to work.

Did not work for me due to phone cover, useless as i had to remove phone cover to charge it. Plugging is not so difficult. Usless product for me

This product claims to be fast charging but it does not charge my Samsung phone fast or even very well at all. I would never recommend this.

This item does what it is supposed to do, but the word "fast" doesn't apply. From 10% battery power to a full charge takes over two hours! I don't think this is fast by any definition. My power cord charges from the same level in an hour, perhaps as long as one hour, fifteen. I hope Best Buy can recommend a replacement unit or perhaps one that performs better.

The charger is not a quick charger as is said in the box it takes to long to charge is faster just with the cable I was disappointed when I try it

My husband and I bought this for his new phone and found that it was not any faster than the charger that came with the phone. We ended up returning it.

I thought this would be a better choice vs the lay down charger. Nope this thing is so slow I end up taking it off the charger and plugging it in

Returned item. It was not what I was looking for. I thought my phone was going to lay on the charger. It stands up. So I returned the item.
