Not what I expected at all. Does not charge fast at all like it claims to. Phone must be sitting just right in order to even charge, Very Very small

Stop!! Dont buy. It takes longer to charge then cord, must leave on stand, and gets very hot on backside.

This product didn't work all that well. Very picky on how it would change the phone. Certain cases wouldn't work with it either

For the price it is not worth it. I bought another one that is cheaper and works better then this one. It does not charge very fast either.

nice idea but it too longer to charge on this than on the regular phone charger that came with my new Samsung 7 phone. returned this item

Its not a fast charge at all, if I plug in my phone directly to the charger it will charge faster than the wireless charging pad

Even though the Samsung sales assistant at BBY did not know anything about Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge compatibility, reviews here clued me in that this unit would not give me the crazy fast charging that the wired plugin charger provides. I bought it anyway and am very glad I did. It comes with a new Samsung fast charging power adapter to use with the wireless charging platform or by itself when you when you just want to plug it into the phone or use as a spare for the original that came with your phone. That's at least a $20 value. The wireless stand is not as fast as the wired setup - maybe 60% as fast - it tells you exactly how long to a full charge (it also does not get as warm during a charge). In my car I use a fast cigarette lighter USB connector with a fast USB cable to the phone. For normal use, it is much more convenient to just place the phone on the wireless stand and forget it for the moment. It works every time, without having to fine tune just where on the stand it sits, and the lights give you instant status of the charging process. When you need the phone, it's there for you, probably charged as much as you wanted. You can always put it back on the wireless charger when you're done for the moment. People who complained about the bright lights are owls. We always have some safety lighting on, anyway, and don't even notice it. NOTE: The charging speed with an S7 phone is faster than the S6, as per Samsung advertising. I feel this charging stand is an ideal compromise between speed and temperature buildup (download the GSam battery app for Android to monitor battery temperature and charging behavior of your cell phone - it's amazing and should be on every phone, especially with what has been happening on the now discontinued Samsung Note 7 model). The price Samsung charges is high, but I waited until I had another Best Buy Program coupon waiting to be spent. In summary, this is a high quality product. Get a second one for at work. I had to chuckle at the comment by someone here, who felt the charger is not wireless if you have to plug it in. How else would the electricity go into the charger? With a wireless wireless charger, I suppose.

Not what I expected. Took at least 4 hours to charge verses the cord. Very inconvenient. If phone was not placed one it does not charge.

It says you can charge it with a case on your phone. I guess they didn't mean anothing OtterBox. It doesn't work with my Note 5 OtterBox.

This Samsung charger is not a fast charger it take twenty mins befor it start charging and when it do it take so long !!

I have had wireless chargers from amazon that charge about as fast as this one. Its not really worth it to buy this unless its on sale.

The Samsung Wireless charge has many charge issues. It stops charging on its own regardless if phone is completely charged. It takes nearly all night for it to charge at 100% and even then its not fully charged. The battery depletes very quickly. Not happy at all with this product and Ive always been a big supporter of Samsung.

After a week the wire connection in the back loosened up. I have to apply pressure to the cable for it to charge the phone

Charges quicker by plugging the phone traditionally.

If you have a thicker case then you are going to have issues and need to perfectly place the phone for it to actually charge.

I gave ‘‘tis a chance, but with an IPHONE it doesn’t work well. Nice if it’d charge faster, plug in was half the time

It was really not worth it. Paid almost $70.00 and didn't work.... Bought a regular charger for a 1/3 the $$ and it works better

I should have return it because if not on right will not work you thinking it work because light come it's working

I had it for a week but returned it because it wasn’t charging as fast as it was supposed to. Stuck with wire.

I bought this item because my Note 5 charge port broke. It says fast charging but it does not charge Note 5 fast. Very slow.
