It is not working. It stop charging today. I have tried movibg to different plug outlet. Disappointed with this product!!!

Not so great charger... The USB fast lightning charging cable is faster charging. Wish I could return this item.

Initially I really liked the product but in a short period of time, 5 months, it quit working. Had to return it.

The product states that it is fast charging which is NOT TRUE. I have a new Galaxy S7 Edge and it takes almost 4 hours to charge it completely. I ended up taking the charging cable off of the stand and I just charge it direct now. I use the stand, as a stand. I thought this wireless charging was supposed to be so great, waste of time! I should have brought it back but I didn't.

Charges very slow. Its a nice stand. I do not like how it doesn't light up to show it is on or charging my device.

It charges a couple times and then it stop working. It said charging then charging pauses... I just return it

Light is WAY Too bright beside bed, and should NOT be blue. It does turn green when charge complete.

Bought the charger as it said it was a fast charger,turned out to not be a fast charger.very disappointed.

I expected this to charge the phone with any protective case installed on the phone. It does not, Be sure to read the reviews of the cases to see which ones will allow wireless charging. Not sure why Samsung would make a case and wireless charging device that cannot be used together

For being a fast charger this is an extremely slow charger it took about 6 hours to charge my phone

Purchased three of these chargers in the past two months - one for home, one for my wife and one for the office. Worked great for a couple months but now none of the chargers work on my note 5. The devices blink blue and I get the message on my phone that the wireless charging has paused. Waste of money. I will think twice before purchasing this brand again.

Does not charge as fast as plugging phone in. Would be great if you left on charger overnight.

Maybe it was me but i hard bad luck with this. Samsung is great and this just did not make it!

Does not charge always. If the phone does not stay on it perfectly it will not charge.

The fast wireless charger stopped working in about a month. It wouldnt connect to my phone.

Slow charging, Not as good as the previous one I had which was for Samsung note 8

It says Fast Charging but it's actually pretty slow. I rather use the corded charger instead!

It says fast charger but it really doesn't charge fast. It charges medium speed

I purchased the samsung s8 plus and the wireless charging stand came free with my phone. This is supposed to be a faster charger and it takes longer than the charger that cane with my phone. After reading the packaging I discovered that the charging Stand is compatible with older phones, so maybe it charges faster for those phones.
