The fast charge function appears to only work with Samsung phones. With my Motorola Droid Turbo it averages about a 3% increase in charge for every 20 minutes. With a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge it charged about 1% per minute.

Samsung has totally flopped with the Note 7 (that I unfortunately own) but this charger is well built! I put it on my desk at work so that I can charge and see texts easily. This thing feels great in the hand.

My phone won't work with it. The specs on the store page says it should be compatible with later models of the Note and S series, but my galaxy S8 hasn't shown even an inkling of charging indicated from this product. I made sure NFC was on, i restarted, I went into safe mode, I cleared cache, and no luck. I've looked online and other S8 users seem to have the same problem when it worked fine with their S7's. I'll be more careful next time, if I ever decide to buy another one..

The product itself is great, but I only use it when I feel like taking my phone out of the case. I keep my phone in an external battery case and it won't charge through the case.

I purchased this after the standard wireless charging didn't charge my phone several times. The light is easily visible to know when it's charging and blinks when it's not. It will turn green will charged.

Great product just a little sketchy putting phone on device, doesn't seem to stable. Charges faster than any other charger.

I really like the idea of the wireless charger, however I have to take my OtterBox - Defender Series Case off to use it. Took me all day to figure out why my phone was not charging. I knew I needed a thicker case for my phone, but didn't think through how it would affect the wireless charging. I would recommend the wireless charger to a friend HOWEVER, I would make it clear that the thicker cases interfere with the effectiveness of the charger.

I picked up this wireless charger from Verizon when I got my Note8. I also got an Otter Box for it. This does not charge a Note8 if you try to charge it horizontally with the case. If you try to charge it vertically with the case....you have to place it just right (dead center) for it to charge. However....It works perfectly if you don't have the Otter Box.

It is awesome and more convenient not having to plug in a cord to charge my phone. The charging is not as fast if apps are running though.

Love the product. It made my life easy in car while im travelling. I always had problems with running out the charger.

Works great. I dont see a difference in the charging speed from plugging it up

I purchase 2 of these and the both worked well. about 3 weeks after the purchase, one quit charging. Best Buy said I had to contact Samsung directly as it is still under manufacture warranty. Love the other one that is working. Phone sits on it and you can see who's calling while it's charging.

I am a Samsung Fanatic, I love all their products. I was very excited to finally buy a fast charger that I did not have to plug in. The charger was great, for 3 weeks, and then it stopped charging. All I get is Charging paused, with no case and the original charging block and cable that was in the box. I have no case to keep this from working. I am going to just get my money back and keep using the $25 one off amazon I bought for work last week that works faster and better.

I bought this item thinking it was a great idea being that I could see it on a stand as opposed to it laying down on the charger, well I get it home and set everything up and all I get is a blue flashing light, for some strange reason it won't charge through my OtterBox case like the lay down fast charger did just fine. Well I tried to tweak my case a little bit shaving down the rubber on the inside thinking it might help but it didn't, so basically I ruined a $50 OtterBox case and spend 60 bucks on a charger that only works with really thin, garbage cases. Only reason I gave it two stars was due to the functionality and good idea. But boy am I mad about my case.
