Bought this item when I got my new but disappointed, your phone has to be placed exactly on the charger center or it will not charge. I found other wireless chargers that do not have this problem, I will be exchanging this product.

It 'chimes' to say it's charging. And the blue light goes solid. But I come back later expecting a charged device. Needing a charged device. But it hasn't charged. The blue light is blinking, etc. So... it says it's charging but it's not. All the time. Went back to regular wired charging. Reliable. Can still use phone when charging, too. Why did I ever stop?

I was so excited to get this product but after using it 3 days I can easily say I was duped. I guess I just don't understand what the point of this product is??? First off it doesn't charge as fast or even nearly as fast as a regular charger and secondly it claims to be wireless when you have to have the charger plugged in. Why not just take the power cord out of the charger and plug it in directly to the phone... benefits are it will charge much much faster. Yeah it looks cool to have the "wireless" aspect but it didn't live up to the hype for me. Obviously I am in the minority here but I am still going to return the product.

I cannot confirm for previous galaxy phones but for the new Galaxy S8, this will not work 100%. It will charge your GS8 but not "Fast Charge" the phone like it claims... You might have to invest in the newest Wireless charger from Samsung or a third party one.

Just got the galaxy 8+ and it's a very tight fit standing in the cradle with the phone cover on. I returned it for the $90 model which holds the phone much better! I wasn't crazy about spending the extra $30 but it was worth it!!

Had a Samsung Galaxy note 5 and this did not work... red light kept blinking on and off... common Samsung...

My experience may be different than others, but I have a lifestyle that requires me to have a good quality case (Otterbox, Defender). Charging the phone with case on takes 5 hours. It would be impractacle for me to take case off to charge. For these reasons I must give it a 1 rating.

It made it a year before it started pausing and then finally just quit. It is great when it works, but be prepared for the fact that you will have to replace it. I'll probably try the newer, more expensive model or go third party at this point.

Loved it until it stopped working after 2 weeks. Not worth the $60 price tag for 2 weeks use, in my opinion. Luckily I was within hours of the store 14 day grace period so I got my money back. I expected better from Samsung.

My phone is literally plugged for hours on this charger before it's fully charged. It randomly powers off and I'd have to reseat the phone for it to charge.....save your money and buy a fast charger.

Black charger, white cord, looks awful. I do not think it would of cost Samsung a few cents more to do it right

Samsung really? A black wireless charger with white cables. Looks awful.
