I bought this for my S8 and S9. Seems to work just fine. Charges quickly.

It's amazing how fast this charges and with it being wireless too makes it even better.

I could not be happier. The charger works all time and my phone is in a protective case.

The status light on the device is blue and very bright when actively charging... it is very hard to sleep with this unit in the same room

I only had to buy this charger because my phone's port keeps insisting that there is moisture in it and I know for a fact I don't have any moisture in the port! I only give this product 3 stars because it charges very slow, it is inconvenient to have to remove the phone from its case everytime I need to charge it and its not easy to use in a vehicle. Being that I know my phones issue has to do with something related to the Samsung VR app which I don't use and can't remove, I feel that this is a scam on Samsung's behalf to force us to buy this charger. My phones symptoms have been- not charging at all to telling me moisture has been detected in the port, a secondary thing has been that on several occasions I wake up to a completely drained phone for no apparent reason and thirdly sometimes the phone makes a random flute sound and the screen seems to pop up a black screen with a small white x on the corner this lasts maybe a split second and goes away. This started happening after an update as soon as the phone turned a year old, leading me to believe software updates contain something in them that purposely ruins phones so that we will trade up for the newer model or so that they can boost sales of this charger in particular since the port has been rendered useless.

A little worried about seeing galaxy7 on the box but it works perfectly with the S8+.

Install is simple.The charger looks good on the desk and it is easy to charge the phone
