When it works this does a great job at charging your phone, but you have to make sure that you center it on the charger otherwise you will experience pausing issues.

Stylish and you have a choice to use laying flat or standing phone up. But, it still does not charge as quick as the charger that plugs in the phone directly that came with it the purchase of my Note 8

This wireless charger is a perfect companion for the Note8 with its always-on screen. My only issue is that when standing the phone on end, I get intermittent charging unless the phone is positioned perfectly.

I love shopping at Best Buy but the only problem I am having is I can't purchase any product online because the system won't let me and I was told by numerous people it would be resolved and six months later. I resoultion

This device is working perfectly so far. Really like the stand feature that combined with the always on s8+ display has been great. I had wireless charging for my Note 5. That was not consistent. This one has been flawless

WE got this free with our upgrade. it's good in that it's a central place to charge, you don't have to plug anything in. I don't see that it's any faster, and it's not good to put by the bed, the fan is too loud.

I had a regular flat Samsung wireless charger for years but I always wished I could have the phone upright while charging. I got a new Galaxy S8 and figured I'd buy this deluxe charger but--disappointingly--it does not charge well at all with an Otterbox defender on this phone. The ledge that the phone sits on is too narrow. If they had made it just a quarter inch wider, it might work. I end up having to use the charger flat. It works, but so did my old lay-down wireless charger.

Love that you can charge it flat and with just a slide of the disk, you're able to charge it standing up at an angle. I especially like that it's coated in a thin silicone/rubber material, so it won't scratch the phone.

I have a husband with MS. This charger is so much easier for him to use instead of plugging in his phone every time. I appreciate all of the help I get from Anthony, the Samsung rep. at my store! He's AWESOME!

I love not having to plug my phone in anymore. I can position it properly on the charger and it is charged very quickly! I can also charge it standing up if I need to view my screen for any reason. Great product!

Sleek and modern design. Charges fast with the3 new USB C, which is exactly what I was looking for as the one I had for my S7 Edge did not charge my S8 as fast as this one now does. Really like the "convertible" design.

After a couple of months, you have to place the NOTE9 just exactly on the leveled charger for it to work. Then the charging is a bit slow.

On 3 occasions my phone was dead on the morning. The S8 has a known flaw with fast wireless charging where it will pause and stop charging. If you set you phone to not rapid wireless charge it is rock solid.

I don't have any issues with this wireless charger except with a heavy duty case. But I am not complaining that I gotta take it off just to charge. I have thinner cases for at home when I'm using the wireless charger.

Pretty good wireless charger. Sometimes doesn't charge thru the case and have to take the case off. Can use in flat position or angeled up. When angled up, would like it if it was at a little steeper angle.

I was told that this is the most dependable charger and it does work with my iPhone but the predicted charging times are way off . Slow charging

Not too happy with this product. I am amazed that I have to find an exact spot to lay my phone down so that it will charge with the charging surface being as large as it is. seems like a waste of space.

Great wireless charger. Saves time and energy to just place your phone on it, and it automatically starts charging. Only set back is if you have a thick phone case it might not charge as fast if at all.

It's nice to be able to charge your phone wirelessly at home, work or on the road. Most issues I have had with my phones is that the port you hook up to goes out so this eliminates that

Works good lying down but with the Samsung case on it sometimes will not charge standing up. I've woken up o a near dead battery a couple times now so I just leave it in the down position.
