I suppose this saves you a good 2.5 seconds that it'll take to physically plug in your phone but is that time savings worth the price tag? The charge is slower, the initial novelty of wireless charging wears off quick, i'm not entirely sure what the purpose of this is. If you have it on your nightstand you get to worry about another electronic device plugged in maybe next to your glass of water. The hum of the fan is very quiet but you might notice it if you're an extraordinarily light sleeper.

It's not as fast as a wired charger, but faster than the old wireless chargers, I don't use it to charge my phone if I have my adapter with me.

I returned this "fast charger" after the first day because my phone took 30 minute to go up 3% battery life. I could get much more charge out of a standard charger for much less cost.

Charginging with original wire is faster than this charger. It has to sit on it exactly right before it charges. It's ok but not to satisfird.

don't be fooled by the "Fast Charge" name, it took HOURS for it to charge. Great concept but it missed the mark. Needless to say, I was very disappointed & returned it.

Fine at first, but then started to stop and start during charging. Couple times, started when we went to bed only to find out 6 hours later, it stopped charging

If your looking to impress people and you don't care about the quality, this item is great for you. If you care about the actual ability to charge your phone the item just isn't there yet for reliability. Phone needs to be placed exactly centered on the charger. Phone stops charging sometmes. When placing the phone on the charger, you can't walk away imediatly, you have to wait there and make sure the chraging starts.

Some days I wake up after putting my phone on the charger and it is not charged. When I put it on the wireless charger it say fuul charge in whatever time but it does not charge.

This charger works good if you get the phone on it correctly. Otherwise your phone doesn't charge correctly. And if you have a case on it, it doesn't work.

I thought when it said fast charger, it would mean as fast as the fast charger that came with my note 8, not an extra 35-40 minutes of charge time. Will be returning.

The charger has a hard time charging with the defender case. I have to double check to make sure its charging each time

I don't know much about wireless chargers but I don't feel it charges any faster than a plug in. Only convenience is that your phone doesn't have to be confined to a plug.

I got an after market one first And I got troubles using it So I decide to buy one from the store Best Buy But same issues Doesn’t work as described

I assumed this would be set it and forget it. I am constantly jiggling and moving my phone to get this to charge. It also charges much slower then plugging it in.

Was pretty excited to use this charger...but the charging seems to stop and start somewhat at random. It looks nice on the shelf but not sure I would purchase this again.

This charges my phone but very slowly. Also when I had a heavier case on my phone it wouldn't charge the phone unless I took it out of the case.

The older charging stand worked much better. This one does not seem as powerful. The older one could fast charge with an Otterbox case, this one can't and won't charge.

Still not one hundred percent sold on this item as there have been a few times I left my phone on it over night to find it not charged in the morning, not sure why...

I like the convenience and idea of wireless charging, but the unit only works about half of the time, I believe because I have an Otterbox Defender case on my phone.

Doesn't charge as fast as it claims. The convertible part is cool. You have to position phone correctly make sure the light goes on. Using with note 9.
