It works good if you put it on the charger right. You would think that as long as it's laying on it that it would charge. That isn't akways the case

Bought this after trying out a flat wireless fast charger for a week and liking it. Moved that one to the office and used this to replace it at home. Seems like I can be more sloppy on device placement and get a charge. Being able to prop it up while watching it with wireless headphones is pretty nice. Seems to be cooler to the tuc h when picking up after fast charging when using thisd device.

Love the idea of wireless but I like to use my phone while it's on the charger so not ever functional for me

Works great and made by Samsung. The unit has a fan built in to keep it cool as it charges, but isn't too loud. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Loved the leather wrapped stand! Really gave the feel of a high end wireless charger. Had to return it because I got an otterbox symmetry case for my S9+. Had a hard time charging it wirelessly. Not a fault if the charger. U had a thinner samsung branded case at first and it charged just fine. But I wanted more protection for my device. Otherwise this charger is awesome!

This is a great product because of no wires to plug into your phone. You just place the phone on top of it and it starts charging. Also in the past the both the place on the phone where the phone is plugged in and the wire that plugged into it wore out. The charging wire would fall out all of the time. Now since you don't have to plug anything in, it never wears out or becomes loose.

This charging pad is amazingly convenient. I could literally charge my phone wherever I needed to. And the upright fast charging has to be the best feature. Only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because for me, it was a pain to take off my phone case EVERY TIME I needed to charge it. That was a deal breaker for me but, I should have read the fine print

Does a good job fast charging my Samsung 8+ WITH an Otterbox case on, HOWEVER positioning to connect to internet sometimes takes a few tries.

I wanted a wireless charger for my iPhone 8 and the Best Buy associate showed me this one and compared it to the others available. This one will sit up so you can see your phone or it will flatten out so your phone lays flat and it charges either way. Plus it looks very cool! Love it! Charges through my silicon phone case so I don’t have to take it off my phone.

This was my first experience with a wireless charging pad. It works fine in the flat or upright position. However, when using it upright you must place the phone exactly in the center and the phone can slide easily slide off. I returned it and will keep using the cord charger.
