I dont know if my jeans pockets are lined with some corrosion acidic cell phone killing lint or what but it happens every time. So this thing solves that problem. It doesn't charge as fast as the plug in charger does but it works fine for me. I like that I can tilt it up to see the screen in case I get notifications.
