It will work with the phone in either horizontal or vertical orientation. I like not having to fumble with plugging it in. The only downside (and not a very significant one), is that you can hear a fan whirring noise when it is fast charging but it isn't that loud.

It charges my phone quickly. The only problem I have is that it has to be placed just right if left in the case. After using this charger for the past year, I am going to buy a different one. I prefer a charger that doesn’t require it be placed in standing position.

This works great. Fan runs while charging to keep the phone and charger cool. Some people mentioned the light for charging keeps them awake if the charger is in their bedroom. It didn't bother me a bit. It is cheaper than the black one otherwise identical.

This is an excellent wireless charger that I use with my Samsung Galaxy phone.

I bought for my s5, which needs a special battery back to support the wireless charging. Got that on amazon sincentives they don't sell in stores anymore. I also bought an s7 to use it with. Works really good, but it doesn't charge as fast as I thought it would.

This is a great wireless charger. It leaves the phone propped at an angle which allows you to easily turn off any alarms or see notifications. Quick to charge without the hassle of connecting the cable. Makes a very slight fan noise but only when the phone is charging. Highly recommended.

Item was bought for my daughters phone. Her phone had started having problems with charging and rather than replace the phone, this charging stand was bought instead. It works great and also gives her the freedom to use the phone hands free while talking to friends or using certain apps.

I received this wireless charger for Christmas. I recently switched from Apple to android i'm one of the reasons that I switched was for wireless charger. I did research before I purchased one and found that this was the best. It works much better than I expected, and it charges very quickly.

Out of all the chargers I have purchased for my Samsung phone, this one truly does the job. I don't have to play with it until it starts charging, I don't have to move it around until the base senses the phone, and it charges real well to my satisfaction.

This wireless fast charger does what it says. It's nice to have by the bedside serving as a charger and phone stand. Gave it 4 stars because I had the USB connector go out on one, and larger phones like the Note 8 won't fit well if cased. Go for the convertible version instead.

Bought this charger as a gift it works great. I would recommend this charger.

The base charges quickly and is even compatabile with most cases. Greatest issue is the phone needs to be perfectly centered, otherwise the charging will stop several moments into charging and you'll wind up with a dead battery.

The Samsung Fast Charge Pad is GREAT! No more fumbling with the little end to plug it into the phone port; just set your phone on the pad and it charges. It does it quickly, too, although not quite as fast as actually plugging your phone in.

The secret to this charger is to turn your phone sideways. It works wonderful!

Bought this for the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active and really like it's performance.

Works well, looks elegant and simple. Would recommend if you are buying a new adapter and cable as they come included, or if you are looking for a nice phone stand. You will still find yourself connecting your phone directly to the cable when texting or using your phone on low battery.

Works great as a bedside charger, only thing I wish improved was the grip. Phone can fall off.
