Love this charger. Don't have to find any cords, just place my phone and it charges. Only thing I would pick at is, sometimes if your phone is not position on the charger right, it will saying charging and then the blue notification light will flash after 10 seconds. Just have to reposition your phone on the charger and it is done.

Unit started working great. Charged very quickly, of course not as fast as a direct cable charge but very fast none the less. Simple set up, plug in, wait for unit to boot (LEDs indicate the status), once blue LED lights up, position phone and done! 5 weeks later, the unit became VERY sensitive to phone position for charging. The iPhone would ding and show charging, then it would show no charge, then charging, and on and on. iPhone would not charge. Went back to Best Buy and was told sorry, this unit is no longer available. We had to purchase another unit, same brand (Samsung) same part number (649E-EPPN920) but paid $20 more. The customer service rep said, "Oh it's not the same thing, it must be different somewhere down the line, you want it or not?!" 5 weeks earlier I had spent $1500 for an iPhone X and accessories, this is not the response I wanted from a customer service rep.

After reading the reviews I decided to give this a shot. It wound up going on sale for a great price so I couldn't pass it up. I'm using this with an iPhone 11 and so far so good. The fan won't work unless your phone is capable which it appears the iPhone is not. Otherwise, it seems to work good and doesn't take that long to fully charge the phone.

Charges my galaxy s7 active from 0 to full in a couple hours. Easy, convenient and reliable.
