I bought this wireless charger since the cord for my S9 is wearing thin and not working like it used to. It's great for my desk or my bedroom and you can get a quick charge just by setting your phone down. NOTE: If you have a pop socket or thick case or something on the backside of your phone, I believe it will definitely disrupt the charging process and make the product essentially useless. However, I feel like using a traditional wired connection for charging is still faster and sometimes my charge stops randomly during use. I'm not sure if I'm placing my phone on the wireless charging unit wrong or just lop-sided.... Not a bad product, would buy again in the future, but I would still recommend having a cord just in case as a backup.

Before I put a protective case on my Samsung Galaxy S9, this charger worked perfectly. However, with the Otterbox Defender case on, it was a little too think to charge. I am certain a thinner case would work great with this charger.

I have one for work, one for home, just as good as the plug in, love that it is wireless, only shortcoming is that you have to place it just right or it won't connect, it does beep and give visual notice it is charging but I always double check to make sure

First of all, this is an ideal product for recharging my Samsung Galaxy S7. However, this is also the ideal product if you need a replacement fast charging cord. Not only do you get the cord, but you also get the cordless charging platform. It's the best of both worlds, and I have definitely taken mine around the world.

Have a hard time getting it lined just right to charge. Several times I have set it on and thought it was charging to find the light went off and no charge. Does charge fast when it's lined up right

It takes a little longer to charge the phone with a case on it and you have to make sure you have the phone placed just right on the charger. I like not having to plug the phone in to charger it because that causes more wear and tear on the connector.

Since I purchased the wireless charger I have not used a regular cord. I like the ability to place it on the pad to charge it as I go to bed. I wake up the next morning and it is ready to go. The only thing I don't like is that the accent light doesn't illuminate all of the charger.

I didn’t realize the charger wouldn’t work with my pop socket on the phone.

This is great if you do not want to be plugging and unplugging your phone. Will save the wear on your charging port. Charges pretty fast if you keep the same cable it comes with. Changing out cables affects the charge speed from my experience.

The kids got the new iphone 8. They loved the new wireless charging feature of the phone. They did their research and found that any wireless charger will work with the 8. This one does the trick!

This is a great wireless charger, it charges my note 5 very fast. If you have a thick and/or metallic case you may want to stop in at a store that has one on display as they can interfere with the charging cycle. Even a small metal disk attached to an otherwise thin/plastic case will prevent the base from charging your phone.

This is a very cute product. It looks like a decorated table thing. it is great for all our family members who have iPhones to use it. I can just put my phone on it whenever I want to charge my phone. It doesn't require two hands and is not like a cable charger where you need both hands to use it.

My husband uses it when he needs to charge his phone quickly. Overall nice product but you have to make sure you sit it properly on the base or it will not charge device. Other than that works like a charm.

I've always thought it was cool to wirelessly charge a device. To my surprise, I was a bit disappointed, not in the charging quality but how precise the position of the phone has to be. If the phone is off by a little bit, it will not charge. Not only that, I had to take my phone out of my case to keep the connection consistent. It's a little frustrating because it takes a while to take my case off and I'm always so afraid of popping the phone out and cracking it. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this product is that everyone who has a phone has a case for their phone. I don't think anyone would be comfortable taking their case off just to charge their phone.
