I already owned the older non-fast charger that worked great. This one with fast charging meets my expectations and fast chargers my Samsung S8 with a slim case.

works great, but it gets annoying when the phone has to be in the right spot to charge and it is real slow at charging.

I'm horrible at keeping my devices charged, but this gives me no excuse! I now have one on the nightstand at home and one on my desk at work. Perfect for a quick charge!

I seriously only buy Samsung products now. This for my usage on my S7, I need everyday. Does exactly what I need. Charge F-A-S-T! Love it, great price Best Buy!

Thought I’d try out the wireless charging feature of the iPhone X and even with a decently thick leather/plastic case it charges perfectly...and fast too.

I bought this product to charge my Samsung Note 3 smartphone. The plug-in receptacle on the phone was damaged and not taking a charge, so I looked into this product before throwing my phone out. Knowing how these items work (via RF), I read carefully about what was needed to make the unit work. I bought the RF transmitter for $5.00 or so. Inserted it in the cover of the phone, closed the cover, then placed the phone on the charging pad. Works like a charm! I noticed on the Samsung Note 4 and Note 5 the RF transmitters are automatically built in. You cannot use a phone case while charging.

I must say that it is super convenient to just set my phone on the charger, no wires to plug in, and have it charge up in a couple hours rather than overnight. My one and only complaint, not sure it's really worth a full star discount but partial stars are not allowed, is the round shape. This means that, coupled with the way the phone will overhang 2 edges, the whole set up will take more space than it otherwise would. The phone overhangs top and bottom, the charger sticks out to either side.
