The wireless charger is ok.Most of the time when I place my Samsung Galaxy 8+ on the charger I have to re-adjust the phone so that phone can actually charge. It gives you the false hope that when I leave the room and come back my phone has been charge. Instead, upon returning, the charging disk is blinking and my phone has been charge a little.

it's so much nicer than having to plug in a USB cable all the time. I bought 4 of them so it's always handy to charge the phone

I love the fact that it's a fast charger versus the original wireless charger but sometimes it is hard to find the right spot for it to actually start charging, need to move the phone around on different spots before it actually recognizes the phone. Also I thought the court would be a lot longer since the cord on the regular wireless charger is almost 4 feet long

This wireless charger from Samsung works quite well and is very convenient as there is no need to connect any wire to the cell phone.

Works awesome, even charges through my tech21 phone case. The blue and green charging lights take awhile to get use to on nightstand.

It is nice not having to have wires, but reality is that it charges faster being plugged in.

I bought this wireless charger for my Galaxy S7. It does a great job charging even with the Otter Box case. I have no complaints.

Love the fact that I can lay the phone down (Samsung s7Edge) and boom, it begins charging. Also it charges relatively quickly as well

I purchased two of these and enjoy them completely. Wireless is just the way to go. And Samsung seems to always do a great job.

This was on sale so I got it instead of another brand for my wife’s iPhone X. The size is surprisingly smaller than the phone but has connected each night but one. I marked a star off for that, BUT in the defense of the device, it was flashing the light, my wife just didn’t know what it meant. This did require unplugging and plugging in again the device. Since, no problems. All in, it does what it’s supposed to do.

This charger works great with my galaxy 8. It charges phone quickly and I would purchase again. Samsung once again pleases

Does it's job! Fast charging and it is so nice to not have to plug my phone in. Prevents me from ripping my charger out in the morning.

This charger works exactly as described. I even have a fairly thick case on my Galaxy S9 andit charges without taking it off.

I received an email from Best Buy mobile that allowed me to pick one of three things for free because of my previous purchases, I though this product would be the best out of all of them. I was wrong. I like the fact that I do not have to put my USB-C connection in every day and worry about it breaking the phone connection which has been an issue in previous phones over the years. First of all, I do not have a thick case on my phone, but I must remove it in order for this product to work . Also, if the phone is not in the greatest of positions while on this product it won't charge. The light will stay a solid blue for about 10 seconds making me think everything is good to go but I have woken up multiple times to a phone that has 10% battery life left. Also, it says fast charge right on the product; wrong!!! so wrong. It takes forever, even with my case off.

Great charger, works even with a wallet case on the phone as long as its positioned just right.

This is one of the greatest new items I have ever seen. So easy to simply place the phone on the pad and it charges in not time at all. Great.
