Fast Charge is great. this OEM charger is a great deal when on sale at Best Buy. Took off one star because you need to place the phone on the charger in a "sweet spot" or the charging stops.

I think the wireless chargers can be better. If the device isn’t placed perfect near center.. it won’t work.. it won’t work with a simple cover on the phone.

This works great when I don’t have a kickstand for my phone on the cover. Becomes a hassle when you want to charge the phone with a cover.

Works well. Charging light is a little bright when charging at night, but placement can fix that. I have an Otterbox on my phone, so the phone hase to be placed in a certain position, otherwise, put it on there and it charges.

I thought this was a great idea, but the reality is that with the case from OtterBox it won't charge unless I manage to get lucky and line it up somehow perfectly, it works.

You have to place your phone in an exact position or it will not work. Also hums kind of loud. If you have it next to your bed, you will hear it.

This charger is something we purchased because my phones charging port was messed up. It still "fast" charges but not as quickly as a traditional plug in fast charger for s8 active

I actually thought this was a little overpriced. There are different fast chargers on line that are half the price but I worried about compatibility. You have to make sure it is on right otherwise it will not charge

This charger makes everything so convenient. All I have to do is place my phone on it and it charges up within at least 2 hours. I don't know how I made it this long without it.

They tend to run out of these wireless Samsung chargers here in Wichita fairly quick, I don't know why but I managed to get one of the last two before the next batch comes in about two weeks they said.

At first, I was impressed because it was quickly charging and very convenient. You just laid down the phone on top of the charger and you were good. However, after few weeks of use, the message, 'charging has paused' became a regular thing. I researched for answers via internet and followed the suggestions. It worked 2 or 3 times but that was it. My solution, I have been just using the cable that came with the wireless charger and thrown the charger in the drawer. Waste of money.

Currently I have two Galaxy S7, one of them needed the battery replaced a few months ago, and the other still has the original battery. This chargers works on both, however it does seem to charge the non-original battery a little slower.

Only thing to keep in mind is that the charger has to be plugged into its ac adapter to charge or it wont fast charge. It will normal charge plugged into a usb in a wall adapter or cigarette lighter just not fast

Although this charge charges my phone rapidly it does not work with a case on the phone. I must remove the case every time I go to charge my phone.

Very convenient to just place the phone on the disk. No fumbling with the connection. It does take longer to charge vs direct connection. Still handy to have.

When this works it is great. However with a case on the phone it doesn't always connect. When I first got it it started out fine, no issues. Then after about a month of use it started to have issues connecting when I put my phone on the charger. I also bought the Samsung cover for the phone (which it worked fine with at first). I bought 2 of stand chargers (1 for home and one for work) and 6 of the blue wireless chargers for friends/family/gifts. I am having the same issue with all of them. It's not fun waking up to a dead phone when you think it has been charging all night.

You have to line up the phone just right for it to charge. One lined up right, it does charge quick, but you may spend 1-2 minutes just getting it to start charging.

The fast charger is very convenient all you have to do is lay your phone on it, no plugs. I have noticed that my phone get really warm on the back when on the fast charger. That is a little bit of a concern.

Good charger, you just have to be careful to make sure phone is centered on the charger and it registers that it is charging. Otherwise you could end up with a dead phone and not realize it.

You have to lay it exact on the pad or it will not charge the phone. Sometimes it seems that it is charging slower than the wall charger. If u don't like to pull the plug in and out of your phone you will love it...
