This item for me is a must because I hate toggeling with the charger cord to get it into my phone charger port. It reduces the risk of damage to that delicate and important area of the phone. I love how easy it is to just mount the phone to the wireless charger. However I wish the cord was longer so I have more length to place the wireless charger where I want. I wish this charger charged the phone must faster. Sometimes I am surprised on how slow it takes to fully charged. I love the style and size not too small and not too big that takes up so much space.
