It’s a cool charger won’t charge at all times thoe

Issues that it doesn’t fast charge like advertised.

This item was working great. Then the wall plug part of it died. I tried the base unit and the cable that came with it attached to an older Samsung wall plug and it works fine. I also tried the wall plug that came with this directly with my Samsung Galaxy S9 and it's original cable and confirmed it is dead. Basically, I mixed and matched cords and plugs to ultimately determine that the wall plug that comes with this is a piece of dead garbage. Therefore, 1 star for this trash.

I bought a case mate case and the charger doesn't work 50% of the time. Any little movement causes the phone to stop charging.

It charges at half the speed of my regular charger. So slow, I will be returning it.

It will not always charge through the Samsung case. Very aggravated

Thought this would be great but doesn't charge as fast as I expected

Have to take the phone out of the case to use the wireless charge.

This one does not lay down and I have to set my phone on just perfect which usually take 4-5 times until it will charge...if you have a cover on your phone or pop socket you can't even use this now. It will not charge when I put my phone on front way. Huge waste of money!!

This "fast charge" wireless stand is a good concept butit just didn't work with my Samsung Galaxy 8+ with an Otterbox protector. I want sure if the one I had was defective so I returned it for another and had the same problem, slow charge and would only get up to about 30-35%.

Not reliable and keeps flashing when off the dock.

I do not use this much. I have take me phone out the case ti get it to work and just to much of a hassle

There is absolutely nothing fast about this charger. My corded charger is much much faster. This charger is a complete waste of money.

Appreciate the free gift, but for me not fast changing at all. It charges faster through the actual plug charger...Sorry!

Unless you have the phone on just right good luck charging your phone. I stopped using it and just use the cord.

Rarely use it.. not needed.. wasted my money.. if you have anything on your phone it doesnt work

you have to take off the cover to charge used a few times and the time to un do your phone just plug it in
