I wouldn't recommend it.

Great for iPhone 8 plus

The issue I ran into with wireless charging for my iPhone 8plus was that I have a pop socket nearly centered on my silicone Apple case. This is the only wireless charger I’ve come across so far that charges without a problem right through my case with pop socket. The angle is perfect for watching something on your phone while charging. If not for the price, I’d purchase one for every room in my house.

Great charger if you don't use a OtterBox case

I have a issues with losing connection while my Samsung S8 is in the Defender case. The solution I have used is just removing the Silicone outer piece and charger works great. Although it can be frustrating and inconvenient I would rather have a great protection of the device over wireless charging.
