Just drop into the stand at end of day, and your phone is always charged for when it is needed. Make sure it is “centered” in the stand when it is released; otherwise, the screen won’t show the remaining charge left on the phone.

I absolutely love this charger! I love that I have the ability to have my phone in a portrait and landscape position and it still charges. I wish I could use any case allowing it to charge but it's no biggie. I love Samsung

I didn't think it would be all that much more convenient with just having to lay your phone on a charger as opposed to plugging it in, but it's been a pretty nice feature to have! Cut the cord (kinda) and get this today!

A lot simpler to charge than fumbling with the cord.

This fast charger is super convenient just lay it in the cradle and it starts working. Its small and stylish so it looks good in my living room. No jumbled bunch of cords. Charges my phone completely in around an hour.

Perfect charger for my nightstand. I don't have to wear out the connection by plugging and unplugging the phone. It even works through my phone case. Only downside is that it makes a white noise sound when charging. Well, I guess it's a bit expensive but I lucked out and found a greatly discounted open box item.

Was told after getting training on my new phone that this wireless charger would work more effectively with my phone in that it would stop charging after my phone was fully charged and would cause less damage to the battery.

Got the charger for free when I ordered my Note 9. I have no problems with this charger. Placed it on my night stand and it charges my phone overnight. Charge on my Note9 last all day with plenty of charge left over.

Looks good and love how the phone holds on it. Just a slight complaint and might be more addressed at case I bought. The phone stops charging mid way usually and randomly because of the phone case. I guess this should be expected but I guess they could make it strong enough to work with a phone case on a galaxy 9

Great Charger for all the family's Samsungs :) Very Handy.. This is our second one.. We got the 1st one that came out a few years ago and Now this new updated one.. Good update to the base to hold phone in better..

When received I opened it up and had no problems. I just plug in and leave on my dresser. Set my phone on it at night. And its fully charged when my alarm goes off. Biggest perk is keeping the USC port in new shape.

Just purchased and already very happy with my buy! My Note 8 sit's perfectly well in it without sliding. I chose white and husband chose black... Both of us are happy!

This stand is better than its predecessor, that makes an annoying vibrating noise when the cell phone vibrates. Not sure if supports the phone better or has better materials to avoid hitting natural frequencies.

I owned this charger since September 2018 and it work greats. It not as fast as you would expect from a fast charger. The only con is that if you have a thich case on your phone the charge is extremely slow. It is best to not have a case on or a slim case when charging your phone.

Wanted a wireless charger, my old wireless charger was not turning on anymore. Wanted a generic cheap charger when i ran into this Samsung 2018 version on sale for less than $50. Had to get it and works great.

I purchased this for personal use, my family uses it daily, and it works very well! I have to take the case off of my phone, due to the pop-it on the back, but it works great and is pretty average with speed.

This charger is wireless, but still has a wire plugging it into the wall. Still seems like a bit of a misnomer to me because you still need a cable for it to function. It is just as easy to plug the phone into the wall as per normal.
