I wouldn't say this product is truly fast charging.

It's okay, takes longer to charge. But I just needed something to keep at work.

Seems to charge slow... .

I wasn't overly impressed. I had to remove the phone from the case to charge it, and after about 3 months of use it would not work anymore. The light just blinks orange. I've tried different cords, outlets, phones and the same thing happens.

It does the job, but not a fan of having to take our phone case off in order to get a charge. Returned this within a week of buying and just went and bought a regular cord instead.

After trying several other brands' wireless "fast chargers" I figured Samsung would have to have gotten it right for thier own phones but NOPE. This thing is garbage, returned it the same day I got it. I have tried nearly every advertised wireless fast charger out for my S21 and have found dissappointment after dissappointment. I finally found a very affordable 45w Anker wall charger and it is incredible, highly recommend.

If you have a magsafe iphone don't buy this charger. It might charge for a while but then shut off.

I hate to give this 1 star but the device I got didn't charge my phone. I'm not a technical person so I don't know if it didn't work because my phone is not compatible or something, I don't know. I didn't bother to read anything, when I bought it, I just plugged it in and put the phone on it and it just kept flashing yellow. All I know is that I have a Samsung phone and this is Samsung.

Sometimes wont charge unless you put it just right and if knocked off just a bit it stops charging.

It work good at first then after a few charge it suck. Best buy i want my money back

No instructions were in the box. Did not work with my Samsung card. I bought a Qi card but it still did not work. Charger light would go from red to green briefly but didn't charge. My watch got a blinking red light but did not charge.

It does NOT charge fast at all. It literally takes hours to charge fully.

Worked but didnt was a low watt and so it was too slow.

Barely used it for 6 months and stopped charging. Unhappy

Not so fast. Does the job but still takes 2.5 hour to fully charge.

I was excited to have a charger that didn't have to plug into my phone. However, I returned this item because it wouldn't fully charge my new phone. It took almost 3 hours to charge to 49% and then it just didn't go any further.

This item is actually pretty good, however Best Buy customer service is absolutely awful. I won't buy anything from them again.

Does not charge Samsung Galaxy Buds+. Does not charge iPhone XR with Otterbox Defender case on it. Charger not supported on Samsung.com website. Manual not available on Samsung.com website even though Quick Start Guide directs you there. I'm at a loss for words...and $40.

This junk quit working after a month. I barely even used it. Today I laid the phone on it and nothing. I can remove the cord and charge the phone with the cord, but the pad is useless. Waste of money.

This wireless charging pad does not work half the time. And when it does it will Only work with Samsung. I got another wireless charging pad for less than half the cost of this one and it charges everything.
