Incomplete/Missing part

Received my online purchase, an open box purchase at a discounted price but with missing item from the bundle. Obviously the item was returned from original purchaser but not properly inspected for resale. That’s strike 3 Best Buy. Will be returning your item. I’m sticking with AMAZON for future purchases.

Don't buy it as a gift

While product itself is ok, original package box (factory, not shipping box) was in terrible condition. Dirty and damaged. It looks like if it was found in far end of attic.
