Until that point our only problem had been that the self cleaning function was not operable and that the oven timers were problematic. But when our oven was damaged (no fault of Samsung) we replaced it with the same model. This time, however, we had some problems and needed to have a service call. What ended up being three trips on three different days finally resolved the problem, but in that process we noticed that there were missing assembly screws and other indications of somewhat shoddy assembly. Another observation was that it seemed the exterior finish (at the stove top portion) was not as good. Within a week of using it the surface looked worse than the two year old model we'd replaced. Haven't tried the self cleaning function on the new one yet, but the oven timers are still problematic.

Very Nice Stove

But it really caught our eye with all the features it has and Best Buy had a great deal on it. We are very happy with it so far and it really looks great in our kitchen.

It's going to take some time to get used to cooking over gas heat, but I love it! We have not yet tried using both upper and lower oven yet, but using the upper oven has been nice. Cooks food nicely. As long as we don't have future problems it will have been an excellent purchase. What I don't like is that even though it was ordered 12/2/2019, we did not actually take deliver of it until 3/31/2020 and it wasn't installed until 4/7/2020. The warranty should not start clocking down at least until we took possession of the stove. So 4 months of the warranty burns off while it sits in the box, in the warehouse. Not cool. But we do like the range.
