Like the stainless steel top, am amazed at how easily it cleans. Like that oven preheats so quickly (about 6 mins for 350*). Like that oven contains heat, and has no heat loss. Like that everything that I have cooked, has turned out delicious. Overall, I love my new range!!

We had this installed Aug 2017 by BestBuy in our new kitchen. Just crapped out last month. Appliance plan from Consumers Energy is working on it, but 2 years? Come on! The oven temps were way off! They replaced temp sensors. Nice unit until everything was either overcooked or way underdone.

The main reason I purchased this range was to be able to cook a turkey and a ham at the same time. It’s simply not big enough. If the bottom drawer was gone for the extra room it would probably fit a medium sized turkey on the bottom half. The burners on the top are very poor quality. There really is no in between settings “ high or low” that’s all you get for control of your flam. The middle griddle doesn’t heat evenly. You can only use the middle of it. I’m very disappointed in my whole kitchen setup. Not one of the Samsung appliances meet my expectations of a good product. I wish I could exchange it all for Kitchen Aid appliances. Samsung, never again.

Don't try to make delicate items when in dual oven mode. Cooking works way better when you have the whole oven to spread out the heat. Delicate baked goods (cakes, cookies, breads) will tend to burn or be under cooked if you try to cook it in the duo position. Otherwise, it is a good product.

I was very excited about this stove, but when we went to install the unit it leaks gas. Samsung has been terrible about helping to get this resolved. It is making me question the samsung choice and not LG It is impossible to say if the stove is good or works like I had hoped as it is BAD OUT OF THE BOX

When you spend $2800.00 on a stove you expect quality product, when you purchase $10,000 dollars of matching Samsung Appliances, you assume you've made a wise choice, especially since this range is still highly rated. We have had issues with this range starting not long after we purchased it. The oven air sensor has gone out numerous times and have required fixing from CenterPoint Service Plus. The last time they were out, they said they will not repair it again for the same issue. Well guess what? The oven won't heat again. I would NOT recommend this appliance.

The double oven is a total joke, not even worth it! I have the divider in the basement. The temps are never even, have to always use thermometer in the oven, as well as a instant reading thermometer or nothing would be cooked correctly. I owned a restuarant, trust me on this, it's awful. I am extremely picky about cleaning and keeping my appliances looking like new. This one literally scratched on the top the first time I cleaned it. I used a soft soft cloth and never scrub, it should not have scratched. The outside looks all nice and beautiful as people say, but that is not all that is important by any means.

The oven has nice features and looks good. I have this installed in an island. Irs the only slide in i could find that has a top lip around the top of the oven to cover the gaps and give it that custom drop in look.

This stove has been great and after a year still works flawlessly. The WiFi option is great for when your in a rush to turn on or forgot to turn off.

Love it, it worked perfectly, I've used electric for years and thought it would be difficult to get used to, not at all, everything cooked as expected. I wish I did this sooner.

I love my new stove! Can cook 2 different things (i.e fish and bake) at the same time and the odors won't mix. Cooks/bakes rather quickly. Love the fact the knobs are lite when stove top is on - great precaution!

Wish that all options work with both top, bottom, or full oven, Warm only works with full oven, bake without convection works only in bottom not in top. Little difficult to slide racks over open door with heavy roast.

How the heck do you connect this to WiFi and the app. It’s a pain in the rear end. Also the top oven only heats from the top for expect to have Burnt food Ir you don’t keep an eye on the cooking.
