Burners not turning up all the way, no service in the area, no service from geek squad.

Love this oven

If you're trying to use both ovens at the same time, page 29 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3bv36WU) has a chart that shows what temperatures are available in each oven. ^Jecca

The racks are really difficult to pull out, and we have had them collapse with weight put on them The door locks at random while cooking for no reason. The small burner gets blown out when on a smaller flame by the built in vent. Obviously this is dangerous due to gas. It makes odd noises all the time. The interface is horrible as well.
