Awesome range with flex duo. Love the cooking options! A must have!

It is a double oven but it seems when using the top portion things get burnt

I have this oven 2 months and the door will not stay closed when baking! I have Best Buy repair coming on Friday. I will update my review once I see what they are going to do to fix it or replace it!

Used both top and bottome and get even baking in both.

I think the oven is to small for double ovens feature and the cooking time is uneven

I was specifically looking for a double door oven. When I typed in double oven in the best buy search bar this model came up. It does not have 2 separate cooking chambers that are accessed by 2 separate doors. It has a divider pan as a separator. In order to access the bottom chamber you have to open both chambers, which defeats the entire reason of a double oven! I was told that I should have read the description more carefully “ it is called a “Duo Oven” not a double oven. Lesson learned

I have had nothing but troubles with the oven door. I have had samsung repair out 3 times and am waiting for a fourth visit now. The door doesn't close right. They've replaced hinges and the door itself several times and the problem keeps recurring. I'm convinced the problem is the design of the door and not repairable.

Within three months of my purchase the door broke. I have now had the door replaced twice and it broke again so returned for a new stove. The door is very neat but it does not work properly or hold temperature

First problem we had was the wifi does not work. Let it go because a oven does not need wifi. second problem is it does not heat to the proper temp. Third problem is that there is a fan noise now when the oven is on. Last problem is that the black stainless steal is peeling. Now the oven I paid alot of money for looks bad and does not work right. Do not buy

I was very excited to be chosen for this campaign. I have had issues with my old oven for so long that I was beginning to give up on ever having an evenly baked pan of cookies or a cake that was not lopsided. I LOVE this oven and stovetop. There are so many neat features to it that I don't know where to begin. First and foremost, the fact that there are two separate ovens is my favorite. I love being able to make a pan of cookies or some biscuits without having to heat up my entire oven. I love the option of taking out the middle part that separates the two ovens so that I can use the whole thing. Turkey and ham just got a lot easier! And the 5 burners....great for my large family. Even though I haven't used all 5 at once, I can see how it could be an advantage. The power burner in the front is the one that I use the most, because it has a larger diameter flame and heats the pots/pans much quicker. I like the fact that the 5 burners cover the entire stovetop, making using a griddle much more doable than it has in the past.

Reeks of gas and shuts off when used. Installed and broken .

I’m reviewing this appliance as an Inside. My family loves the new Samsung FlexDuo oven. After having the oven for almost 3 weeks, haven't had any issues. First bakes: I can say that this is very different from my old range which was gas also the old range was 12 years old. I had to figure out the eyes on the range because when I was cooking I burnt some vegetables. It cooks faster and better. I we had a cookout that same week and that was the first time that I used the oven to make Mac and cheese and it worked great. Overall my family is very happy with our new range. I love the ability to have another oven for keeping items warm or separate bakeing.
