Bottom deck finishing has totally cracked. The knobs, due to the heat, have melted. And when I called to get a new part on the base deck, the ENTIRE DOOR fell off when I pulled it out to get the model #. By far the worst purchase I've ever made, and I LOVE Samsung.

Great dual oven

One problem is that you can't see through the bottom ovens glass unless you're down on your knees, otherwise you have to open the door. Love the five burners and the on top griddle,and I like the black stainless steel.

Mother board service - 4th call.

I am on my 4th service call. Very disappointed with this stove. The look of the stove is nice, very easy to use - but useless if you can't use the oven.

The "Convection" has been great to have during those hot summer months. Thanksgiving meal was a breeze to cook. Highly recommended for any family that cooks meals for their families. This range is very easy to keep clean and always looks new. We would buy again.

Love the "break away" door. I do find I use the top half more than the bottom half of the oven, love that option. Thought most ovens came with a broiler pan - this one does not. Also does not come with a griddle as some of the reviews state it does.
