    We had a problem with the fan about a month after we hd it, but Samsung customer service was easy to deal with and they came To our home and fixed it quickly Otherwise the range works great and the double oven is very convenient!

    I can boil water in no time on the turbo burner-love the different strengths of the different burners. I love the double oven as well but had to adjust the temperature +20 degrees as it was not warming to the correct temperature. Cooking time is faster as well so having to make adjustments there. So far love this stove!

    We have liked this oven so far. It looks really good also. One thing is that when we cook pizza in the top oven it tends to burn the crust by the back of the oven (by the convection fan). Easy to use. The convection does not cook as fast as the salesperson claimed it does but it does cook more evenly.

    Great stove. Love the ability to go between 2 separate ovens and one large one. Only caveat is that the smaller ovens are a bit cramped. Don't let items touch the top. I accidentally set a pot pie on fire. Only had to do it once though.

    Very nice to look at and some seriously powerful burners. The oven takes a little getting used to, and I finally just out the extra shelf to the side since I use the larger oven the most. Very happy with this purchase - especially the delivery and installation timeline.
