The Bad: The top left corner of the knob plate has begun to lose the black stainless steel plating. Also the Samsung labels have deteriorated and are peeling away the black stainless steel plating. The upper broil section doesn't work all that well, but the lower works great. The Good: The dual zones are great, and the bottom slider is great for heavy duty cooking, such as Turkey day! The convection works well and functions as we desired. Overall, we are mostly happy with the product, but have had issues with other items in our Samsung packaged kitchen that have left a sour taste overall. Definitely going back to LG.

The stove is definitely on a different cooking level where as the dual stove adds a new cooking option and flexibility to getting multiple meals completed. The high end and well built stove makes you feel like an instant chef prepared to cook for an army.

The duo stove is a great feature. I found the top oven cooks a little high so watch the first few things you cook. Very sleek design. Each burner on top handles a different type of pot/pan/wok. Another great feature.

The oven added a new modern look to our kitchen. The temperature is much hotter than our old electric oven. We overcooked our prime rib because we did not get familiar with it yet. Bottom line we love this oven. It cooks fast and food taste good too.

I enjoy cooking on a gas stove not bad to keep clean.

This range is exceptional, a wide range of features.

Love the flex feature and the burners are super clean and fast. The one thing I would say (with any oven) is to test out the heat on each individual oven, as due to the air space it might cook more quickly or slower depending on what you are cooking. Other than that, this is a great great product and couldn't be happier!

Looks good and works good. The clock is way to small and I can't distinguish what it says further than 7 feet away. It would be nice if there were individual lights to tell which burner is in use. Other than that I have no complaints.

Love the look of the black stainless. Tried the upper stove on pizza and weekday meals and dessert in the lower. Love the versatility of this range. It does it all. Can't wait to get well-versed in convection cooking so I can see it's true potential. Delivery crew was great as was our sales associate.

I really enjoy the clean cut look of this appliance, the accessories it came with which were a griddle and wok holder.I also enjoy the self clean feature and most of all the ability to remotely turn the stove on and off using your phone!

I'm enjoying my new stove. Still getting used to it. I really like the divided oven feature; have used that already a few times. I really like the color- it's the no fingerprint black stainless, easy to clean. So far it's been working fine. The delivery went very smooth.

It is so functional and gives a small kitchen a lot of functionality. It has higher BTU than most ultra-high-end ranges. Really love the speed the front burner boils water. Great utility with the split oven or take the divider out and and use the entire space.

My wife and I bought this range to replace a basic model that came with our home. It is difficult to use at first because convection is radically different than regular baking. But once you get the hang of it you won’t be disappointed.

I originally went in to purchase a different but loved the way this one looked. The stove wasn't on sale when we purchased but the salesman did give us a discount. I like the split oven door and all the features the stove had.

I expected to be wowed for the price, but not so much. The oven does not heat to the temperature you set it for, i.e., in order to get it to heat to 350 I have to set it at 400. I thought it might be a calibration issue, however, I now thinking it might be a design flaw. Nice thought designing a two-in-one oven, however, I think it's back to the drawing board Samsung.

Love it except to use it split...top is conventional oven...and bottom a regular oven...temps are off too. Top is hotter bottom is a bit colder ...so you have to adjust the temps on your cooking.
