The Geek Squad guys says we needed to contact the manufacturer, even though it was under warranty at the time.

It hasn't worked out so well. The top oven is heated by the broiler, things tend to get burned (like my meringue which caught fire!), so that ends up not being so useful. We mostly use the bottom oven, Which does heat up pretty quickly (5 mins to get to 400F). A pretty bad problem is that the control panel gets affected by heat and if you have pans on the back burners the buttons will "push themselves" because of the steam from your cooking. It's worse if the oven is on too. That's super annoying if a timer resets itself. For the price, Samsung needs to do better.

I see you are having issues with temperature control in your Samsung Flex Duo Range. If you are using the oven with your Flex Duo divider , make sure that you are using both the upper and lower oven. If you are wanting to use the oven as a singular oven, then you will need to remove the Flex Duo divider. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad
Broke on the first use

They're taking forever to fix it. Then I searched the problem (igniter) and tons of people have the same problem. Well that sucks that out of the box these things don't work. It's nothing special of an oven so you'd think they could at least try to work. I bought the 5 year service after that because I assume Bestbuy knows they're garbage and I couldn't return it (it had been at my house 7 days but I owned it 15). So, buy one of these and just like everyone else someone will be out at your house fixing it multiple times. Two igniters on this one so I assume at least 2 replacements a year.
