    I BOUGHT MY SAMSUNG GAS RANGE FLEX DUO MODEL :NX58K7850SG. AFTER 1 + YEAR THE LED DIGITAL CLOCK WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THEIR WAS A BROKEN LED. AFTER I CALLED UP SAMSUNG SUPPORT, THEY GIVE ME AN EXTENDED WARRANTY TO COVER THE DEFECT. A TECH COMES AN REPLACE THE PARTS, MORE OR LESS THAT WAS APRIL 2019. 5 MONTHS LATER THIS OCTOBER 1ST WEEK OF 2019, IT BROKES UP AGAIN, SAME ISSUE OF A BROKEN LED. I CALLED UP THE SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE SUPERVISOR NAME CORNALIA TOLD ME THAT I'M OUT OF WARRANTY FOR 90 DAYS AFTER THE REPAIR. I EXPLAINED MY SIDE THAT IT WAS OUT OF MY CONTROL, I TOLD HER THAT I'M 100% THEIR WAS NO ABUSE ON THE CLOCK. IF EVER YOU CAN JUSTIFY OF AN ABUSE, I WILL PAY THE REPAIR. SHE GIVES ME A TICKET #415-139-2199. WHEN THE TECH CALLS ME, THE GUY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE $100+. I SAID NO . IN MY OPINION, WHY NOT SAMSUNG COSTUMER SUPPORT MAKE A CASE STUDY OF THE ISSUE TO LOOK THE REAL PROBLEM AND MAKE A SOLUTION OF WHY THEIR LED DIGITAL CLOCK WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. RATHER THAT PUTTING THE LOST OF TRUST FROM THEIR CUSTOMER. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. GET A NAME THAT WILL BACK THEIR PRODUCTS DURABILITY.
