    5 Years Of Experience Using - DO NOT BUY - Read Me

    We have owned this for 5 years - Read This Review: I highly DO NOT recommend this oven. We have had the digital control panel go out 4 times (each time replaced with entirely new components between the display itself and the motherboard). This is very concerning because the symptoms differed. Sometimes the panel and display would both not work, or sometimes just the display wouldn't work, and one wouldn't know if the oven was still on or had truly turned off (significant safety concern). Some times the display would freeze on one time and not move, including if you press any buttons - Bottom Line - Constant failures rendering the oven useless. We also had the top oven portion stop working.

    Not what I expected & very poor quality

    Disappointed in how the "double-oven" aspect of this range works. Unfortunately the broiler kicks on to keep the top portion warm and burns everything very quickly. I've given up trying to figure it out and removed the middle divider. Have also had issues with the oven door getting stuck and currently can only open the top portion of the oven. Online searching shows this is a common issue but none of the online solutions worked to fix it. After taking door apart found the upper latch seems to be the problem, is a $80 part that I hope fixes the issue. I bought a whole suite of Samsung appliances and am very disappointed in all of them. I won't buy Samsung again nor will I buy from Best Buy.

    Have had fore in the top oven which immediately shuts off right after showing up on the digital display as error. Best Buy has forwarded the issue to Samsung. They said they cancelled the appointment due to no availability of part, although we didn't receive any message. Still waiting during holidays.

    Oven OftShuts Off While Using Cooking Time Feature

    Bought this back in May, 2020 and things were going great. After a couple weeks, we started experiencing intermittent shutoff of oven when cooking time was set. This has slowly gotten worse to the point where it is every day. I am calling Best Buy about it since it is frustrating to not be able to use the cooking time function like we did when we first got it. Our other Samsung stove had the feature with no issues, which is why we bought this one figuring it would be as reliable. Something is definitely off about this stove.

    The stove heats up quick. Water boils pretty quick. The oven tends to be too hot. The oven can be set at 375. The food cooks too fast on the exterior. So it burns while center of the food remains uncooked. We looked up how to recalibrate the oven. Samsung doesn’t make it easy.

    Love the Flex Duo-Sad gas oven has stopped working

    Never again will buy Samsung Appliances

    3 months - 7 trips to repair. Finally Best Buy agrees to replacement. Part of display graphics went out and when they came out to replace the display. most of the buttons would not work consistently. I also recently had a Samsung Refrigerator that also had to be replaced under warranty. 5 trips over a year for ice maker freezing up. I also own a Samsung Microwave that constantly has the filter falling out.

    Constant Issues with the oven

    I really wanted to love this stove, but it has been nothing but problems. If you use the two-oven option, it burns your food (you basically have to relearn to cook if you use this option). EVERY knob on this stove has broken twice in less than 2 years and we are constantly getting an error code (CF-0) and the oven stops working. Awful!

    I bought it like 2 weeks ago and the technician just left today he said the main board and wire harness are not working need to be replaced or exchange I can’t bake or broil since I got it.

    Oven caught fire while preheating

    4 years later the oven caught fire while preheating. Thank goodness I was nearby and was able to extinguish the large flames without having to call the fire dept. Samsung does not stand behind any of their products. I have a Samsung microwave and fridge that also have problems that many other people have had. Stay far away from their garbage.

    Gas range

    Samsung is horrible to deal with. The knobs on the gas range are literally falling apart and it’s less than two years old. I called them and they said it’s cosmetic and poor maintenance. Wow. They basically said it’s my fault. So. Don’t use the range. Just look at it because if you use it then it will fall apart. Never again.

    i would not give this a good review sounds like a great idea, but then you use it, when using the top oven all the food burns on the top, bottom oven burns on the bottom,, so have to just use the one big oven,, if thats how i have to use it i should have just bought a normal oven and could have saved half the price,, guess we live and learn
