I could finally cook a few different dishes on 2 different temps. I’ve been wanting this for years. However, one oven burns the top of the meals. The other burns the bottom. The only way this cooks decently is if you take the separater out and cook on one temp. Total waste of money!

Uneven heating

The dual oven capability doesn't heat evenly and has been miserable to cook with. We even had the ignitors and temp gages replaced/inspected. Would not recommend.

But I was dissapointed because it cannot withstand high heat. I need to look into it and everytime I will use the oven because it might damage the control panel. Not buying Samsung again.

Very poor quality

Convection doesn't work some times. Door doesn't always open, digital clock went out all within the first year. Now, the oven will not work, no flame... This oven was a huge waste of money.

We have looked at multiple models and this was the one that we liked. I like that you can bake 2 dishes separately or have the option to bake use the entire oven to bake bigger dishes. Also, I like the fact that it had 5 burners and different sizes. My mom likes to cook for potlucks so this really helps her a lot.

The burners are difficult to light which is the main reason for the four stars. They light with the igniter, but we usually have to blow on them or try multiple times for them to start. We have also recently had a problem with the LED display on the top of the stove. The led panel fails to show parts of letters and numbers on display. The convection feature of the stove works well, but this is our first convection oven, so we don't have a lot of prior stove use to compare against. I would buy another Samsung stove if we had to replace this one.

They heat up in minutes to over 400°. The cooking are on the stove top are good as well. Only complaint it the knobs for the stove top do not have to be pushed in to turn them on. It is very easy to accidentally turn the burners on or at least turn enough to have gas come out. Had a small fire once when we had grocery bags on top of stove while emptying the bags and bumped a knob.

Love the dual ranges for separate cooking temps or pull out drawer for entire oven cooking. Looks beautiful in my kitchen and griddle is an added bonus.

I really didn't think this was going to make such a huge difference but it just does. Temperature regulates well it's nice and spacious if you needed it to be. Surprisingly we use the griddle in the middle almost every weekend.
