Customers are saying

Customers praise the Flex Duo range's double oven, ease of use, and attractive appearance. Many appreciate the numerous features offered by the appliance. However, some users have reported issues with the grates, knobs, and convection fan. These concerns, while present, appear to be less prevalent than positive feedback.

    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Horrible! Do not purchase. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars and not 1 is because the gas range works great. The oven has given us nothing but problems since day 1. Door gets stuck all of the time, had the door replaced, and still gets stuck. We almost have to break it off every time we go to open it. The oven also makes a horrible terrible clicking off and on sound. The technician said it was normal?? I don't think so! Do your self a favor and skip this item.

Do not buy Samsung appliances. We have a full set and every single thing is now broken. Ice maker issues with the refrigerators are widely known google it. Our oven wont get hot now, and our dishwasher leaks. Look elsewhere for appliances Samsung needs to stick to TVs…..

This stove did not stand up to normal use. The convection oven broke twice and tech told after second visit that convection can't be set over 350 or fan blades bend. Had many stoves before and this was by far the worst.

      Good day, SAS4!

We know that having a properly working range oven makes our cooking much easier.

If you are trying to set the oven to 350°F but keep getting an error, it means that the panel was probably set to Celsius by accident. You may read more in this guide:
