One side has an inch gap and other side 1/2 inch gap. It rubbed when you open the oven. They replaced the stove but new one still had a crooked drawer but not as bad. The oven door opened without rubbing. I think has to be an issue with the manufacture design.

First, the temperature can be somewhat unreliable, i.e. I set it to 350 but the thermometer reads 310. I tried to calibrate using the app but it was pointless. Second, the associated app really has no useful functionality.

Pros- were double oven. Cons: The upper oven, has burnt and caught my food on fire three times. the convection fans dries out the food, and the upper broiler burner is too close to the food. Pros - I love the grated range top, easy to clean and you can just slide fry pans across without lifting. If you decide you want this oven anyway, purchase a full replacement warranty from Bestbuy

I used it for 2 days and then just needed the stove top. I pre heated the oven a few days later to find that it would not heat and a "door"light appeared on the front. I called Geek Squad because it was a Sunday night I was told that they could not help me and to call on Monday. I went to the store on Monday and was told to call the "One call resolution"number. I called and was told that I was a day late to "return my oven". I was given no help or assistance. Calling Samsung I was met with attempts to help but no resolution. I am still looking for a solution for a costly oven I will not buy from Best Buy again

That would not heat and a "door" light appeared on the front.
The experience is not what we expect from our customers.
I recommend following the steps in this link to help you with this issue.
Samsung range, oven, or cooktop will not turn or stay on
When both the oven and the cooktop on your range won't turn on, your first thought is a power issue. But it could still be a power issue even if one is working and the other won't. Loose connections or tripped circuits can cause one or the other not to work, and if this has been going on since installation, it's very likely due to improper installation or insufficient power supply. The steps to resolve these types of power issues are also the same for built-in electric cooktops and wall ovens, where applicable.
