Had this for a year now. No issues. Sometimes get yellow flames instead of blue, but that maybe an issue with the gas line

We recently upgraded our 15 year old oven to this Samsung duo. I’m still learning all of the features and having convection is a wonderful addition. I really like the double oven feature! All in all very happy!

Product arrived on time. Delivery crew was wonderful. Appreciate they took all the COVID precautions. Took away the trash. Product delivery scratch and dent-free. Thank you Best Buy.

This Stove offers many features and allows you to Cook multiple meals.

Beside waiting for it I will say it was worth it Installation was great the guys were very professional and know their work-wish my stove was pushed in more to the wall but apparently it couldn’t 5 star all the way

Got this just in time for Thanksgiving. Set the oven at 325 and put the 12 lb turkey in. Turkey should take 2.5 hours in a REGULAR oven, so ....it took FIVE hours in a convection oven??? I tested my oven thermometers (2) before testing the oven a few days after Thanksgiving. They are correct. Set oven at 325, temp said 300. Calibrated the oven +35 degrees then set oven to 400. Temp read 475. Calibrated the oven to +20, then set temp to 325. Oven temp only went to 300. Scheduling service tomorrow morning. I am NOT happy with this oven AT ALL. But the range is awesome.

This range is OK. It has a lot of features, such as ability to control the oven temperature using a smart phone and very powerful burner. I am a primary user but my mom is. She always complaint about the buttons being too sensitive while cleaning it. She always press the buttons accidentally. I believe this is considered a safety issue. She prefers the non-touch buttons instead. Also, the 5 Knobs were physically damaged after less than 5 months of usage fortunately Samsung were able to honor the warranty and sent me 5 new knobs.

Love the ability to convert the 2 ovens into one, so I can still cook a large turkey. Was disappointed that I can't use the slow cook or keep warm function while using the dual ovens.

BestBuy is the best and this product is superb. I am a trained chef and this is as close as it gets! The sale price makes it that much better!

Don't wait to purchase a new stove like I did! The advancement are wonderful. The dual oven is a plus. Yet if you have a large item, it is easy to make it one large oven. Easy to keep it clean.

Love the Samsung range. It has many settings that I can work with. Even the oven has 2 doors. If u only need the upper u can use just that one.

I am happy with the way two door oven functions. Each has Convection oven and warms up so quickly.

Love our new stove. Great to cook pizza on top half of oven. Cooks cookies evenly! You may cook more than a dozen at a time! They came out perfect!

It’s sleek look and double oven feature make it a perfect addition to our kitchen. The flexibility of using just the top oven allows us to save money on our gas bill by not heating up the whole unit for something small. It is easy to clean the top burners and it heats quickly!! Would definitely recommend others to purchase this stove!!

While it is a beautiful looking range, and the concept is awesome, the execution is truly flawed. The door of the oven does not close tightly - there is an actual gap between the door and the frame. The heat from the oven passes through these gaps. We had the first repair done about 5 months after purchasing the oven, and they replaced the entire door. This didn't fix the problem. About 5 months later, I had to call again due to the knobs actually melting from the oven heat! Samsung finally accepted a return of the oven. Anything I baked in this oven took 2x as long to cook as what the recipe said. I have replaced this stove with one that has a tight fitting door - and I am a happy baker again!

Need more info about how to use a convection oven without having to go on line to read a 50 page manual as the clerk suggested. Old recipes do not have a time or temp for convection ovens.

I have no confidence in this oven. We baked cookies in it when we first installed the oven and the cookies in the middle of the cookie sheet were burnt while the cookies on the sides of the cookie sheet were still doughy in the middle. We figured we just needed to get use to cooking in a new oven and wrote it off as user error. We then baked a homemade pizza in the oven. The pizza baked for 10 minutes and our previous oven would usually take 17-20 minutes, but when I checked after 10 minutes the pizza was literally completely burned. The dough, the cheese, the toppings....everything was burned black. Again, we figured we'd just need to get use to cooking with the new oven. This morning, we baked French Toast Sticks (not with the convection setting). Just baked them. 30 minutes into cooking and 350 degrees, after checking them multiple time and leaving them in because they weren't cooked, the egg on the french toast sticks was still raw and uncooked. The bread is almost completely dried but the egg isn't cooked. My conclusion is there is no way the temperatures on this oven are accurate. It's across the board of it is going to burn our food and not cook it at all. This oven is way to inconsistent to even reliably use.

Ok oven. Had to take the middle separator out to get proper baking. The double oven just doesn’t work well.
