Nice stove , there's a learning curve with the double ovens you'll have to play with it . Baking can be a challenge at first ..

We haven’t used it a lot yet but it has all the features we were looking for! The double oven sold us! Another competitor could not perform on finding one but I was able to find one at Best Buy and was able to pick up the next day!!!

Heats up fast. Love the ability to use the small oven for small items without heating up the whole house. Convection fan does make a little noise on occasion.

We recently moved but had to leave appliances so got new one for new home but got the gas version. So far, working great.

The oven is great. I love the duo oven. Does have a learning curve.

The flex duo is a sharp looking stove. I bought it because I am always cooking meals that require two different temperature settings. The flex duo seemed to be cooking slow on the top oven so I bought an oven thermometer and that verified it. I’ll be calling Samsung since this is a brand new oven. I am disappointed in the product.

This black stainless range is not only beautiful but it's so easy to clean. The dual ovens help us save energy since the majority of the time is spent using the small oven.

This stove has failed me over and over again. It is always throwing fault codes. im glad I purchased the Geek squad protection.....well at first I was until I called them to service it a few days ago and I had to go through a 3rd party. I asked why and I was informed that best buys geek squad had NO ONE QUALIFIED to work on the product. Every in the stove has been replaced, Circuit board, sensors and now here I am a year later and having the same problems again. Cant use the oven at all. Very disappointed in this item. Tired of them putting temporary fixes on it. Please replace it with a reliable one!!

the duo ovens provide such flexibility especially right now during the holidays and all the baking.

We are in love! Anything we could ask for an oven to do, this one has it! We are not professional chefs in the house by any means but this has sparked creativity with the dual oven options. The black stainless is very sleek!
