What is there not to love about this range? I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about mechanical operation of the FlexDuo oven doors from a mechanical perspective, but I am very pleased! To elaborate, knowing that you make a trade of needing to open the top oven to get to the bottom one for a clean, single door design, is one thing but the mechanical operation of this was brilliantly designed; the top door is essentially a door on/through the larger door. This means that when you pull the handle without holding the lever/switch (that unlatches only the top door) the entire oven door opens without any flimsiness or "locked" hinges. No need to worry about this getting frustrating over time as things wear down because it's legit one large door! Then, when holding the lever, just as easy as the entire door the top section opens but while leaving the entire door firmly attached to the unit! Love the design; hard to put into words clearly but I think Samsung NAILED this from an engineering perspective. Moving on, the convection heating - coupled with the fact that it's a gas range - it's very efficient and cooks very evenly. So far, it's been a pleasure - from roasting veggies to baking cookies, this has been a great experience. The stovetop is also incredible and very flexible. It's easy to make modifications to the arrangement so long as you remember to do so ahead of time. Everything on the top is cast iron, so it's heavy and stays hot for a little while, but not so much so that it interferes with the "instant off" benefits of gas cooking. Coming from electric to this unit, I cannot be happier. From a safety perspective - and one of the biggest reasons I wanted this unit in particular - knowing that the knobs (which are on the front of the unit) are lit when gas is flowing is outstanding. From across the house I can tell if the gas is on and that is a wonderful peace of mind. Not to mention that, when all else fails, it's SmartThings connected so I can check on the status or even make adjustments to oven temperatures. Very very satisfied with this purchase!

Easy to keep clean; two ovens feature is great. The grill is very narrow and takes a while to heat up. Middle and front areas of the grill heat better than the back end. Grill very heavy.

The functionality of this range is great. We really like the double oven and the griddle on top. However, the paint started coming off within a few months after cleaning with the soft side of a sponge. Every Samsung appliance we have had is extremely fragile cosmetically. The other problem has been that the top oven will typically burn whatever you are cooking. There are many things we can only cook in the bottom oven.

I've not used the oven yet but the stove top is wonderful. Clean up is quick and easy. Just remember to let the grates cool off cuz it's all one grate back to front.

I really like the look of this range, the illuminated knobs that lets you know if a burner is on. Also the wi-fi capabilities that it has, and that your able to control the temperature and timer thru your phone using the app.

Have only had this range for a short time, but really like it. The burners light quickly. Having to learn to use a gas oven though. It is very different than an electric. We had gas burners and an electric oven on our last range.

Easy to clean, two ovens are better than one and to be able to convert into a single door oven is even better. No more excuse for not use it Very nice appliance to have on hand.

Fortunately for this purchase that statement is true. Really well designed. Does all it's supposed to. Bakes great. Broils great. Double oven is great but limited on temperature differences(Not a deal breaker). Range is awesome. Clean up is no big deal. Coat it with a good stainless cleaner like Weimans or Sheila Shine, and stuff wipes up fairly easily. Haven't had any problems with touch pad and it's fairly easy to use. Keep the manual handy for when you forget.. Quality build and materials.

This is a great oven. It even has wifi so your able to turn on and off the oven from your phone. Whatever knob you have turned on for the burners will light up blue.

This SAMSUNG Flex-Duo Gas stove is of unbelievable high quality and also beautiful. I think it is best gas stove on the market. From the controls to the burners to the ovens there is nothing about this machine that's not remarkable. The convection feature speeds up cooking and you need to practice with it a little, but is a huge bonus when using the oven. Just Buy it !

Looooove the double oven. We considered the cheaper Samsung double oven first but decided on this one due to how it looks. The top part heats up super quick, everything comes out delicious. Watch your cooking time, it will probably need to be decreased. I didn’t think I’d use the middle griddle option but I’m pleasantly surprised. Best to wipe everything clean with a wet cloth and follow up with a dry microfiber cloth after.

We were shopping for sale items and this one was full price, but it was worth it! The only negatives I can say are that the stovetop is not enamel, which is much easier to clean, and the divider does not sit in the storage drawer in the bottom. It is very large, and I don’t want to put it on the floor. We have been putting it on top of the fridge until we can figure out something better. I love using just the top oven when I am cooking one thing. And I have really enjoyed being able to make batches of two different cookies at once. It gives you so many options. I like that I can dehydrate fruit in it - one less kitchen gadget I have to have! The range is beautiful. The power burner boils water really fast. And I love the wok attachment...fun bonus.

I love my stove. I can cook fish and bake brownies and the smells don't intertwine. Cooks food quick!

I haven’t had this range delivered yet, but researched active reviews. I like that I don’t have to use the space to install a double oven, which would only be used a few times s year.

At first I was a wee bit overwhelmed with all the special features this range offers because I had my other range for over 25 years. Things have changed quite a lot since then! However, after the first time using it, I couldn't believe how easy it was to use and how amazing it cooked/baked my food! Never knew how bad my other stove was working until now! Totally satisfied with this range! And completely satisfied with the services of Best Buy !

Love the flex oven. It can heat just the top or two separate ovens to different temperatures or the entire oven to the same temp. Very nice looking range.

Wife wanted a dual function oven and this one fit the bill. She is able to bake cookies and make a casserole at the same time. Purfict choice for a busy family.

This range is awesome. Family not to happy with me because I don't want to use it & get it dirty lol. Can't wait to use the air fryer.

I love this oven !! Being able to cook two different temps at the same time is wonderful. Only one thing would make this oven better, only the bottom smaller oven can be set at cook. the larger top oven has only convection or broil ! You can set cook on the bottom oven or remove the divider and use the entire oven at once. Adjusting your cook times for convection is something I haven't mastered yet !
